1 Government of Newfoundland and Labrador Executive Council Office of the Chief Information Officer Infrastructure Services Branch Tender Specifications Table lists all conditions required of the Bidder for the Enterprise Storage and Recovery Project. The table is divided into two columns. The first column lists the General Specifications. The second column is to be completed by the Bidder. Column two indicates the Bidder s compliance with the General Specification. The Bidder will mark YES in column two if and only if all of the minimum specifications in column one are met or exceeded by the product in the submitted Bid. Failure to answer compliance in column two will deem that the product is not compliant and therefore not acceptable. A response of "NO" in compliance section deems that the product is not compliant and therefore not acceptable.
