1 AAS2X3-AgileSwitch Stack Electronics 2 Analog 3L Overview AgileSwitch Analog Stack Electronics provide a platform for designing a smart power conversion module. Each set of Analog Stack Electronics includes an Interface Board and up to 3 Gate Drivers. Each Gate Driver can be used on a variety of IGBT & SiC MOSFET modules that will be controlled, monitored and protected by the Interface Board. This configuration can provide the following types of power conversion: DC-AC, DC-DC, AC- AC, or AC-DC. They are rated in the 50kW to 500kW range. Typical DC-AC Three Phase Inverter Topology The INEX3A3-Interface Board and Gate Driver Boards, highlighted in green, may connect to 1, 2, or 3 Gate Drivers, Temperature Sensors and Current Sensors.

11 General Protection Faults Status LEDs The INEX3A3-Interface board has 5 status LED s that can be used to visually check the operational status of the product. There is a status LED for HB1, HB2, HB3, HV Volts and Temperature. The HBx status LED s will be lit (solid or blinking) if there is an error condition on the respective HB. The HV Volts status LED will be lit (solid) if there is a power supply problem on the INEX3A3 board or the system has hit the Over Voltage limit trip point. The Temperature status LED will be lit when the system has hit the temperature limit trip point.
