Motorisation sets BF(G)24MP External operating panel Z-PKT0FSW210 Mechanical installation Controller mounting Master/slave controller connection (BKS24-1M, BKS24-1S) After the fire dampers have been connected via the MP-Bus, the digital inputs/outputs and possibly further slave stations have been connected and the supply voltage has been applied, the MONICO-.. fire protection system is ready for parameterisation and commissioning. The master controller has a display and a system clock, while the slave controller has neither a display nor a clock. The motorisation sets (BF24MP and BFG24MP) consist of a communications-capable fire protection actuator of the Top Line series with an integrated thermoelectrical tripping device and a communication and power supply unit for connection to the MP-Bus network. These motorisation sets are only provided to fire damper manufacturers! The optionally available operating panel Z-PKT0FSW210 allows the MONICO-.. fire protection system to be decentrally controlled and operated. Commissioning Addressing of the controllers Addressing of the master: Keep UP and ALARM key pressed Switch on power supply of the master The following display will appear after a few seconds: PLAN ADDRESS: 1 UP: INCREASE DOWN: DECREASE ENTER: SAVE & EXIT The master always has address 1! (This is the factory setting!) The desired address can be set with the UP and DOWN key and saved with the ENTER key. Addressing of external operating panel: Address 32 is already set for the external operating panel upon delivery (default value)! Actuator selection Addressing The actuators can only be addressed if Group config. in display C05 is set to Yes. After the actuators have been addressed, Group config. must be set to OFF again! The digital actuators can be addressed in two ways: manually (MAN, with hand crank) automatically (AUTO, with serial number of the actuator). Manual addressing MPBUS Act. conf. The corresponding actuator then sends its serial number to the controller and is programmed with the corresponding MP address (here MP1). Scenario management Scenario management 3 predefined scenarios are available: 1) 1:1: Only the fire damper whose sensor (temperature, smoke) is triggered will close. 2) All: As soon as a sensor (temperature or smoke) in the network is triggered, all fire dampers in the entire network will close. 3) 2: Dependence between each two fire dampers (MP1-MP2, MP3-MP4, MP5-MP6, MP7-MP8). Update the faults stored in the History menu of the master (screen H5). Select group 2 in screen H6 and read out the detailed fault description. Carry out further steps according to the displayed fault. AL01 Fire&Smoke alarm from D.I. (master) External fire alarm system reports fire alarm and has closed all fire dampers. Check the status of the fire alarm system. This means that actuator 1 has been closed in dependence on actuator 2 (scenario 2 is active). Group: 00/00 M03 Actuators status: O O O O O * O O Actuator is not correctly addressed.
