30 Electronic modules CAN Te CAN eavy duty joystick provides conditioned output information in CAN 2.0B, J1939 or in CAN 2.0B, CANopen message protocols. CAN+ Te CAN+ electronic module is designed to provide te same functionality as some of te Danfoss JS6000 and JS7000 modules. "Te "+" feature set allows developers to take advantage of 4 analog and 7 digital inputs for oter macine functions. Te Can+ electronic module as a sensor power output of 5.0 V DC rated for 250 ma. CANalog Te CANalog electronic module provides conditioned output information in CAN 2.0B, J1939 or in CAN 2.0B, CANopen message protocols. Additionally, te two X-axis outputs and te two Y-axis outputs are brougt out as analog signals on te connecting cables. Te outputs from any oter optional analog devices, suc as rollers, are also brougt out to te connecting cables. Additional X and Y analog outputs Tere are two X-axis outputs and two Y-axis outputs on te CAN joystick. Te outputs are linear wit respect to te saft angle. Te two outputs of te same axis are complementary of eac oter, as te output voltage of one increases, te output voltage of te second decreases. Te voltage output ranges from 0.5 to 4.5 V DC. Proportional roller output P Volts: Output wit Halls 0.5 to 4.5 V Solid line: Output 1 Dased line: Output 2 Left arrow: Direction 1 (+ travel) Rigt arrow: Direction 2 (- travel) PVE Te PVE electronic module is designed to provide functionality te same as te Danfoss Prof1 Joystick. Tere are two different PVE modules, te Standard and te Extended. PVE Standard Te standard level electronic module provides amplifiers, inverting and signal relays on all proportional outputs, and an electronic switc on all On/Off outputs. Te signal relays are controlled by te power supply in suc a way tat a power failure will disconnect te output. Wen used togeter wit a Danfoss proportional valve signal inversion, te joystick moves te 30 Danfoss Marc 2018 BC en-US0801
31 Electronic modules spool in te direction opposite to te default. Tis is equivalent to swapping te oses on te valve outlets. Te directional switces are not affected by te signal inversion. Danfoss Marc 2018 BC en-US
32 Electronic modules PVE Extended Te extended level electronic module as te same configuration as te standard level module. Additionally it as adjustable proportional functions. Te extended level module offers te option of individual signal adaption (flow adjustment) and common dead-band compensation. Te dead band compensation ensures tat te dead band of te valve is reduced to a minimum movement of te grip. Te dead band compensation is only active outside te neutral range, wic ensures normal amplification witin te neutral position range. Te dead band compensation is set for all four proportional functions on one potentiometer. For eac proportional function tere are two integrated potentiometers tat independently control te gain for te A and B directions of te signal output witout limiting te movement range of te andle (adjustable flow range). Te gain of eac function can be adjusted from 0.25 to Tis as no effect witin te dead band compensation. Non-Redundant Analog interface (CAT1) Te Non-Redundant Analog interface provides single cannel X-axis and Y-axis output signals by a pure analog platform tat contains no active electronics. Tis version offers raw signals from function modules, proportional modules, and pus buttons. Tis module is available only wit Hall effect sensing elements. Te Hall effect base is limited to 5 V DC input power and provides an output of 10 to 90% of te input voltage. Full-Redundant Analog interface (CAT3) In addition to te features of te Analog Category 1 electronic module, te Analog Category 3 interface provides redundant X- and Y-axis output signals wit separated power supply and ground connections. 32 Danfoss Marc 2018 BC en-US0801
