It should preferably be placed in a dry, slightly heated room and there should be sufficient distance between the controller and interfering sources such as contactors and transformers. The distribution cabinet should be adequately ventilated. The power is delivered via a stabilized 8V DC/A power supply (included). In case of a voltage cut-off a built-in back up memory will save all data for a minimum of 0 years. The CTD0 has one bus connection that can supply 00mA at.8v and has thermal protection. When connecting the modules, polarity is not important. On average about modules can be connected to the bus on the CTD0. 5 Relay module RE0 EGISH Figure : Relay module RE0 PRODUCT DESCRIPTIO Module for DI-rail, suitable for switching four devices. The relay module has potential-free, normally open contacts which can each connect max 6A at 0V (cosϕ=). These are independently working contacts that can each be allocated an individual function by means of the software. The relay module does not have any specific function. It can handle all switching functions: mono-stable (bell), bi-stable (on/off), timer, interval, thermostat output, etc. For shutter/blind/curtain control, the shutter module RO0(P) or the RE08 must be used. For heavy inductive loads (many fluorescent lights) with a high capacity or bipolar applications, contactors need to be added. The relay module contact will then activate the coil of the contactor. Each module has a unique serial number enabling programming anywhere and anytime. All programming remains internally stored in a nonvolatile memory. This module makes it possible to control infrared operated devices such as a DVD player, radio, shutters, airco The module has different output channels which can all send 6 different IR-codes. The IRG0 does not have an infrared receiver, hence all infrared codes have to be downloaded from the infrared database (HabiTEQ.SDB) which can be found in the HabiTEQ System Manager software under the Samples menu. The required infrared codes need to be entered in the HabiTEQ.SDB database by sampling them through a thermostat infrared display (THI0). Please refer to the HabiTEQ System Manager Programming Guide on how to sample IR codes. The IRG0 has low power IR ED outputs. The IR ED attached to the included cables (m) must be mounted immediately in front of the controlled device. All infrared codes can be sent using a THI0, infrared remote control, TSC.8. Each module has a unique serial number enabling programming anywhere and anytime. All programming remains internally stored in a non volatile memory. After a voltage cut-off, the outputs return to their latest position. The HabiTEQ System Manager contains the standard IR codes for Sony devices (SIRC code), Panasonic AV equipment, Telenet digibox, Medion TV, Magnum TV, Philips VCR (RC codes), and from PEHA PHC87IR and B&O Beolink 000 universal remote controls. Other IR-controlled devices can be used with the IRG0 provided that the sample rate is between 8 0 bits. It might be necessary to adjust the IR samples via the Habiteq System Manager please refer to the HabiTEQ System manager manual. The highly user-friendly menu control allows to operate outputs or view their status. There is a choice of 6 main menus and a random number of outputs can be programmed under each main menu. Each output may be a relay, dimmer, a thermostat (mode / temperature setting), an audio control (volume / source selection / IR preselection), or a scene. Up to 8 output can be operated per screen (= submenu). An UP/DOW button allows you to access the next/ previous 8 outputs. The O/OFF button allows you to change the status of the output. For the dimmers or audio-volume you can select the required percentage or slowly dim up/down. If a main menu only includes audio a submenu of all audio outputs in this menu will first be displayed. This allows to quickly change an audio setting. A CHECK STATUS is provided. It displays an overview of all the active outputs. At the same time one can change their status. A built-in temperature sensor also turns this touch screen into a thermostat so that no additional thermostat is needed in this room. It can be configured as any other thermostat (see THI0). The display can be set to positive (white background with blue characters) or to negative (blue background with white characters). A beep signal for each touch can be activated or deactivated. The timer (day/ date/hour) can be continuously displayed. The background lighting automatically lights up for 0 secs when the screen is touched. The touch screen can also be blocked and unblocked can be used for example when cleaning the screen. This is integrated into a IKO built-in frame with claw attachment. The module has a bus connection (no polarity) through a connector provided at the rear.
