7 CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) The Lumen IQ Central Management System is a web-based portal and interface which gives you control of your street lighting assets and smart meters. Our CMS software consists of many powerful and useful tools to reduce energy costs by an additional 10-25% (on average). Our secure encrypted wireless communications networks allow luminaire controllers (single or multi-application) to relay valuable information back to the central management system. Lumen IQ is currently in use by municipalities and utilities in Canada, the U.S.A., Caribbean, and abroad. CONTROLLER FEATURES: IP66 sealed design.»» Each controller has a built-in remotely programmable ambient light sensor to ensure operation of the luminaire in times of bad weather/storms. Designed to operate autonomously if communication is lost (not reliant on network for time sync). 15 PERFORMANCE, RELIABILITY, & UPGRADEABILITY The modular design of NXT luminaires allows users to easily upgrade or replace light engines, power supplies, and surge modules without tools, in less than one minute. Light engines can be replaced in the field as LED efficiencies increase in the future, allowing users to prolong the life of lighting infrastructure, benefit from energy savings, and reduce total life-cycle costs. NXT also gives users the ability to easily change optical distribution patterns and colour temperature (CCT). NXT is ideal for roadway/ street lighting, parking areas, bridges, and general outdoor area lighting applications. Other features include a 7-pin ANSI C receptacle, 2 or 4-bolt fitter, an optional house-side shield, and a post-top mounting bracket. The one-piece housing uses a patented, fin-based thermal management system which allows for maximum heat dissipation. The fin construction also prevents the accumulation of debris, and easily sheds water, snow and ice. The unique angled light engines deliver maximum target lumens, making Satellite series an ideal choice in applications with wide pole spacing (up to 60 m / 200 ft). The power supply is designed and manufactured in-house using high reliability, specification-grade components. Colour temperatures offered are 5000K (standard) or 3000K, 4000K, and 4500K (optional). Other features include a 7-pin ANSI C receptacle and a 4-bolt fitter.
