Connect and Share Anything! The Conference Room "The Lifesize Icon can be used to make video calls to one or multiple participants via Lifesize Cloud. Once the call is established, content can be shared from PCs, Macs, tablets, smartphones, cameras (still and video), digital microscopes, smartboards, or any other type of multi-media device with HDMI output. Data sharing is not restricted to content on a laptop. Wiith Recording and Sharing, video content can be created comparable to what would be created by a professional videographer. Conference rooms and boardrooms are the classic settings for video calls. These rooms, equipped with video, let large teams connect and build relationships through regular, face-to-face business conversations. A Lifesize Icon 600 video conferencing system, with support for multiple displays and multiple microphone inputs, pairs nicely with the larger room size of the conference room. The feature set emulates smartphone and tablet functionality, effortlessly guiding the teacher through the feature set with context related options. 3 Share Anything with Anyone, Anywhere! Simply send the virtual meeting room number to the students and/or subject matter experts. If they are calling from a Chrome Browser, the URL will automatically dial the virtual meeting room number and the call connects. If they aren't using Chrome, they will be asked to download the appropriate client for their device. Once downloaded, the call will automatically be placed to the virtual meeting room. If they have previously downloaded the client, all they have to do is click on the link and the call is established. It's that simple. All clients are free-of-charge to participants.
