1 Dr. Mike Peters Executive Vice President and President of Connected Car Division HARMAN International Mike Peters is executive vice president and president of the Connected Car division at HARMAN, a wholly owned subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Mike oversees the over $3 billion unit, which develops integrated systems encompassing embedded infotainment, telematics, in-car user interfaces and user experience, and technologies supporting safety and autonomous driving, among others. Mike oversees an organization of 8,000 employees, including top technology experts and engineers throughout the world. Mike reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Dinesh Paliwal and is a member of the executive committee Mike s career spans over 20 years of experience in engineering and automotive research and development, sales, purchasing and quality assurance functions for OEM, tier-one suppliers and technology companies. Most recently, Mike served as Executive Vice President Global Accounts, where he was responsible for managing HARMAN s business relationships, strategic planning, account P&L management and customer growth for all significant automotive customers across Connected Car, Car Audio and Connected Services. Mike previously worked with HARMAN from 2002 to 2007 as vice president of the customer business unit, where he was responsible for managing the core business units of Audi and Volkswagen. Prior to returning to HARMAN as executive vice president of global accounts in April 2017, Mike served in a variety of senior management roles at BMW Group in engineering, purchasing and supplier network for electrics, electronics, mechatronics, and driver assistance systems. Prior to that, Mike served as vice president of global sales and portfolio at Continental Automotive, overseeing sophisticated engineering projects. Mike holds a Dr.-Ing. in digital signal processing from the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany. Mike also attended Michigan State University and has a degree in communication technology from the Technical School of Mittweida (TH) in Germany.

2 Luke Schneider President Audi Mobility US As President of Audi Mobility US, Luke is focused on the development and delivery of premium solutions that meet the mobility needs of the future consumer. Schneider has spent most of his career at the intersection of technology and automotive, as CEO of Silvercar, Audi's next-generation mobility offering at airports; CTO at Zipcar, the largest car-sharing company in the United States; and CTO of Flexcar, the United States first carsharing company. As CEO of Silvercar, he successfully led the company through massive growth, including raising funds from Eduardo Saverin (Co-founder of Facebook), Dave Morin (Founder of Path), and Chris Dixon (General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz) before being acquired by Audi in 2017.

3 Dr. Matt Ellis Vice President of Research & Development HERE Technologies Matt Ellis is Vice President of Research & Development at HERE Technologies. In this capacity, Matt is responsible for driving the innovation program in HERE; the Location-Intelligence company, leading the application of machine-learning, deep-learning, natural language understanding, BigData analytics and knowledge reasoning. After starting the Machine-Learning & Adaptive Systems group at Racal Research in 1995, Matt has spent the last 2 decades leading industrial research and development programs advancing machine-learning, deep-learning and analytics based products. Matt started in computer vision projects for road-tolling, defense applications and moved into network analytics and built the market-leading Netcool telecommunications management product portfolio. After leading the Software Engineering team at RiverSoft, Matt lead the research and development activities at Micromuse and went on to run IBM s Network Management and IBM Tivoli IT Systems Management business. Matt led the IBM Autonomic Computing Program and was CTO and Head of Architecture for IBM Software Group, before moving on to lead the Jeopardy! -winning IBM Watson R&D program. After IBM, Matt was the Vice President of Technology for Amazon Operations focused upon use of machinelearning and artificial intelligence to retail, logistics and supply-chain enabling the 2-day, 2-hour and 30 min delivery promises made by Amazon Prime and Amazon drone delivery program. Matt holds a B.Sc in Theoretical Physics from University of Kent, and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos Theory from University College London.

4 Eran Shir Co-Founder and CEO Nexar Eran Shir is the co-founder and CEO of Nexar, an artificial intelligence dashcam application that seeks to rid the world of car crashes. Nexar is a vehicle-to-vehicle network connecting cars nearby; it can warn its users in realtime of dangerous situations happening beyond each individual driver s line of sight, such as issuing a forward collision warning, effectively giving drivers more time to react. Prior to founding Nexar at the beginning of 2015, Shir was the entrepreneur in residence at Aleph, a Tel Avivbased venture capital firm, where he focused on big-data, crypto-currencies and market disruption. He also was the senior director and head of the creative innovation center at Yahoo!, where he was responsible for their creative advertising technologies strategy and portfolio, as well as the development of their next generation personalized creative advertising platform.

5 Dan Galves Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer Mobileye, an Intel Company Dan Galves is Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer for Mobileye, an Intel Company, the global leader in vision processing for Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicles. He is responsible for global communications to external audiences, including investor relations, media relations, and government affairs. Mobileye s world-class research and development organization based primarily in Israel has enabled a series of industry firsts in the field of ADAS since 2007, including the first automatic emergency braking (AEB) in front of pedestrians, the first camera-only AEB and traffic jam assistant system, the first Level 3 autonomous system, among many others. These innovations have led to production contracts with more than 25 automakers and more than 20 million vehicles currently on the road with Mobileye ADAS systems inside. With its eyes now focused on enabling fully autonomous driving, Dan is the main point of contact for external audiences to better understand the state of autonomous vehicle technology and what role Mobileye will play in transforming transportation. But Autonomous Driving is not just a product, it s an industry. It s not just vision-based sensing, mapping, and AI for decision-making. It s inter-disciplinary, requiring infrastructure of mapping, cloud computing, systems engineering to build test vehicles, interactions with regulators, data centers. The next chapter for Mobileye will be written in combination with Intel Corporation, a technology and engineering giant that acquired Mobileye in August of Led by Professor Amnon Shashua, co-founder and CEO of Mobileye, the combined Autonomous Driving organization of Intel and Mobileye is now well-integrated. Dan s role is to ensure that this new organization communicates with one voice to external audiences. He is well-equipped for the role, given the context provided by more than 20 years of automotive experience. Prior to joining Mobileye, Dan was Lead Automotive Research Analyst at Credit Suisse, Research Associate at Deutsche Bank, and Finance Manager at General Motors. Dan also holds a Master s degree in Business Administration from University of South Carolina and a Bachelor s degree in Political Science from University of North Carolina.

6 Jeffrey Massimilla Vice President, Global Vehicle Safety and Cybersecurity General Motors Company Jeffrey Massimilla was named Vice President, Global Vehicle Safety and Cybersecurity in September In this role, Massimilla leads a global team that brings together GM s ongoing commitment to vehicle safety with its growing expertise in product cybersecurity, helping strengthen GM s commitment to safety and position GM for the future of personal mobility. Massimilla s responsibilities include the development of GM vehicle safety systems, confirmation and validation of vehicle safety performance, and post-sale safety activities, including recalls. He will continue to lead GM s global Product Cybersecurity organization, which is developing and implementing protocols and strategies to reduce the risks associated with cybersecurity threats related to advanced technology vehicles and vehicle connected services. Massimilla, 40, was named GM Chief Product Cybersecurity Officer in In this role, he collaborates regularly with government and regulatory agencies, experts in the defense and aerospace industries, and academia and industry consortiums on best practices and key learnings to further enhance the safety and security of GM s vehicles and connected services. Under his leadership, General Motors launched the first security vulnerability disclosure program of any major automaker, embracing the work of outside researchers and encouraging collaboration with the research community. Prior to this role, Massimilla was engineering manager for GM Next-Generation Infotainment Systems and Integrations. In this role, Massimilla led the development and launch of new vehicle infotainment and connectivity systems. Massimilla joined GM in 2001 as a design release engineer, and has held multiple roles both in electrical and vehicle product program engineering. Massimilla holds a Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Master s degrees in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He serves as Vice Chair of the Automotive Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC), which is focused on further advancing cybersecurity protections within the auto industry.

7 Faye Francy Executive Director Auto-ISAC Faye Francy has over 30 years of experience in several fields including chemistry, aviation, security, networked systems, and automotive. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Automotive Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Auto-ISAC) where she oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, including its information sharing processes, threat intelligence capabilities, and the continued development of vehicle cybersecurity best practices. Ms. Francy is actively engaged with private-sector stakeholders, partners, and government agencies to facilitate information sharing and strengthen the industry's capability and capacity to detect, prevent, respond to, and mitigate disruptions related to the connected vehicle and supporting infrastructure. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining and executing a strategic plan that outlines strategic and operational priorities for the automotive industry. Ms. Francy said of her role with Auto-ISAC, "Automotive manufacturers and suppliers have taken many proactive steps to further enhance vehicle cybersecurity none more important than the creation of the Auto-ISAC. I am thrilled to be a part of the Auto-ISAC as it continues to thrive as the hub of cybersecurity collaboration and coordination across the automotive industry." The Auto-ISAC was established in August of 2015 by fourteen OEMs and presently has 40 members. Prior to joining Auto-ISAC, Ms. Francy worked at the Boeing Company and was responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing the mission, goals, and policies of the Aviation-ISAC. As leader of the Boeing Commerical Airplanes Cyber ONE team, she led an enterprise-wide group focused on leveraging the best of Boeing in the cyber domain. Ms. Francy worked for the Boeing Chief Technlogy Office as an Enterprise Domain executive managing a $150M portfolio in networked systems research and development, where she began her journey into cybersecurity. Ms. Francy was the executive responsible for the air traffic management business division and development of a major R&D contract with the FAA. Before joining Boeing, Ms. Francy was the Director of FAA Programs at ARINC Incorporated and also owned and operated two private companies Intersec and AvSec. Ms. Francy has a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from Towson State University and a Master's Degree in Forensic Chemistry from University of Pittsburgh. She is also an AIAA Associate.
