2 AN INTRODUCTION TO SMART METERING As part of any IoT or Energy strategy accurate information is vital. We design, supply, install and commission a variety of different smart metering systems. Our energy department will provide consultation, engineering support and management to implement energy management system, billing system, 24/7 remote monitoring, monthly report system. We identify and detect operational inefficiencies and reduction in carbon footprint. Metering and Sub metering of services are provided as turnkey projects, whether your project is a new build or a retrofit our services are tailored to offer a complete smart metering system for electricity, gas, water & thermal (CHW/LTHW) consumptions. 3 ELECTRICAL METERING Electrical Meters We provide electricity meters from selected manufacturers to ensure robust, accurate and reliable smart metering network systems. All meters are provided are MID approved to exceed government legislation for billing purposes. We adhere to CIBSE TM39 for networked metering and our high standard of installation and stringent commissioning methods ensure that the EMS system gives accurate data to monitor building performance, generate bills, export to third party system and become a seamless part of your IoT infrastructure. On completion of the installation we offer warranties and maintenance to manage the smart meters and its infrastructure ensuring that the data has 24/7 uptime and historical data is archived.

4 THERMAL METERING We supply install and commission thermal meters manufactured at highest standard MID approved EN1434, a stringent European standard that ensures highest accuracy. The ultraflow sensors use microprocessor technology and ultrasonic measuring technique for be^er accuracy in meter reading. We take fully responsibility for customer service and management, remote meter reading, 24/7 fault response, billing and accounts. We undertake turnkey projects for thermal metering from concept, design, electrical, mechanical installation, commissioning, integration and subsequent support and maintenance. WATER, GAS & OIL METERING We supply install and commission a range of metering systems for water, gas, oil and pulsed electrical metering. Our pulse / data collector metering systems can be stand-alone, connected to a BMS system, integrated to an IOT (edge) device or provided as part of our BEMS Pulse smart metering system.

5 TENANTS BILLING The esight Tenant Billing module has been designed to provide users with the ability to automatically manage the complete process of calculating energy consumption and billing sub-tenants across one or more sites. esight Tenant Billing enables commercial property owners, facilities management companies or other clients responsible for sub-tenanted properties to store different supplier contracts against sub-tenant meters. This information can then be used to automatically generate a formal subtenant bill based on energy usage over an annual, monthly or four weekly basis. Once a tenant has been allocated a tenancy period and meter, esight enables the property owner to raise a bill. This may be generated by selecting the tenant and appropriate billing date, which esight automatically generates based on bills previously raised for the tenant. esight bills may be raised in PDF format, which gives the property owner the choice of either printing the bill or ing the information to the tenant or to the relevant accounts department.
