2 4 Present status of development of industrial and social infrastructure We are developing the SEZ in phases. The infrastructure development on phase I completed with signed up companies currently developing their respective units. Industrial plots are of various sizes are available. The Customs office is already operational. Common facilities like Police Station, Post Office and Fire Station are also operational. 5 External connectivity of the SEZ Roads-: The site is well connected to NH-8, airport, railway station, bus station and the city with good roads. Telecom: Site is well connected through OFC network of all major ISPs. 6 Availability of water, power and land Water supply is being provided by Govt. of Rajasthan under a State Support Agreement. We have commissioned an Underground Water Reservoir (UGR) with ample storage capacity and internal water distribution is being done through the same. The power supply for the project is made available by Jaipur Vidut Vitran Nigam Ltd (JVVNL) as per the demand. Dedicated substations have been constructed by JVVNL on the project site. 2 dedicated sub-stations of 33 KvA and 220 KvAV are installed and operational. Power distribution to units is through underground cable network and RMUs for added reliability of network. 7 Availability of built-up space and plots for setting up units and rates of land and built up space and if not ready, then by when it will be available Internal supply of power to the units is done by JVVNL through on site grid substation.
