Currently data center managers must count, order, receive, unpack, and install multiple pieces of blanking panel hardware to realize the airflow management and aesthetic benefits. The Wright Line Blanking Panel Service provides customers with a quick, easy, and cost-effective solution for optimizing air circulation within an enclosure while maintaining a high level of aesthetic appeal. Wright Line certified and trained installation teams will go from enclosure to enclosure and install the correct size and style panels as needed. Customers will not need to perform a pre-count of the panels required to blank out their data center or handle any blanking panel hardware. Customers will only pay for the time and panels used. Additional services offered by Wright Line are listed in the Other Services section on page 4. Our installers work in data centers everyday. Installers have a full understanding of the requirements for working in a live data center. The service team is backed by the entire manufacturing capability of the company to meet demands in short cycle times and keep project schedules intact. 2 Details of Service Wright Line will provide a time and materials estimate based on data collected by Wright Line sales personnel. To assure faster turn around times, service department inventories are utilized. Typically, the customer will issue a not to exceed purchase order based on the estimate. The customer will be provided with a detailed list of the panels placed, and will be invoiced only for the time and materials actually used. Wright Line certified and trained installation teams will go from enclosure to enclosure and install the correct size and style panel as needed. The Wright Line lead installer will track the size, style, and quantity of panels used. Spare panels can be left on site as requested. For every ten enclosures serviced, installers will mount an air inlet temperature strip at no charge. Upon completion of the Blanking Panel Service, the lead installer will walk the site with the Data Center Manager to review service performed. Images of installed Wright Line blanking panel solutions are included at the end of this document in the Installed Blanking Panels section on page 5. 3 Activities Product Confirmation Customer Review Check-out & Review Description Customer is presented with a complete list of materials used. Shoulder to shoulder review with Data Center Manager. Customer is presented with complete details of the work performed. Assumptions Customer satisfaction is Wright Line s top priority. This includes timely, accurate, and complete delivery of services. To provide a superior level of service, Wright Line makes the following assumptions when developing a price quote and setting the expectation of service delivery: 1. A means to gain entry to and from the building and data center (badges, escorts). 2. Full access to the enclosures to install panels. 3. Space outside the data center to stage panels prior to installation. 4. Service will be provided during normal weekday business hours (5x8) unless otherwise specified. Scope of Responsibility Wright Line Scope of Responsibility: Service manager to review site with customer before service is performed. Schedule certified installers to perform service. Track all material used. Conduct work in a timely and professional manner. All personnel will adhere to customers Data Center rules and policies. Keep all debris out of Data Center. Provide a service point of contact to the customer. OSHA safety certification. Customer Scope of Responsibility: Provide an authorized point of contact to the service team for scheduling and on site coordination. Disclose any building restrictions that need to be met such as delivery scheduling, elevator scheduling and any other building facility management requirements. Identify any related work in the data center by the customer or other vendors that might impact service delivery. Provide a written copy of the Data Center rules and policies info@wrightline.com 3

A pre-quote consultation and/or walk-through by a Wright Line Service Team member may be advised to determine the scope of services. Changes in the product set or changes in the assumptions or detail of work after the original scope of work is set may require a new quote.
