2 1.0 INTRODUCTION Verger Delporte UAE Ltd. is a private company incorporated with limited liability by AMIRI DECREE No. 28/77 issued on February 16, 1977 by the Ruler of Sharjah. Our head office is located in the Industrial Area of Sharjah and with our efforts to ensure prompt service in dealing thoroughly with customer needs, the company has opened branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain as well as in Qatar. VD premises comprising of offices, factories, stores and showroom covers an area in excess of 13,000 square meters for UAE and 3500 square meters for Qatar. The company holds a very good reputation in the U.A.E. business field for its excellent performance and highly qualified technical team. We have provided excellence all over the Gulf, particularly in the United Arab Emirates, in the fields of, Switchgear Manufacturing, Electrical Trading, Information Technology and Low Voltage Systems. We believe that Quality excellence is inseparable from Health, Safety and Environmental Protection and with that belief, the company is certified for ISO 9001:2008 Quality, OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety and ISO 14001:2004 Environment. 3 2.0 GENERAL ORGANISATION CHART In order to address the complex and diversified customers' needs, Verger Delporte has organized itself in 5 operating divisions to cater to different markets, while at the same time benefiting from the support of 4 supporting departments as shown below. 5 4.0 SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES 4.1 CONTRACTING Verger Delporte UAE Ltd.'s Electrical and Mechanical Contracting division undertakes contracts on the full electro-mechanical spectrum. This includes Air-conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire alarm, Fire fighting and Low Voltage Systems (Central Public Address / Music, Central Satellite TV Systems, Uninterruptible Power supply System etc.). Well established over the years, the division has proven its ability in the MEP segment for the quality & standard of work delivered. 4.2 SWITCHGEAR Under the franchising agreement with Schneider Electric, Verger Delporte UAE Ltd. Switchgear Manufacturing Division provides high quality low voltage switchgear assemblies, motor control centers and related services. The company offers comprehensive services related to the design and implementation of power and control systems ranging from residential and commercial installation to large industrial process plants. 5 of 11

6 4.0 SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES 4.3 TRADING Being the official distributor for Schneider Electric for years, Verger Delporte UAE Ltd. built its initial strength on its Trading Division being totally committed to selling Low Voltage Electric Products from Schneider Electric. Over the years we have grown in leaps and bounds and have consolidated our strengths by having showrooms at strategic locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and also in Qatar. 6 of 11

7 4.0 SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES 4.4 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY The Information Technology Division of Verger Delporte takes on a broad range of services related to IT: Activities include, design, installation, testing and commissioning of structural cabling systems, data center solutions, uninterruptible power supplies and trading of IT products. The components detailed above, form the crucial back-bone of any IT infrastructure, in today s business operations. Being partners with Infosec UPS Systems (France) we offer Infosec s s wide range of UPS systems starting from the entry-level (500VA capacity) Line Interactive UPS technology to the Industrial grade (300kVA) On-line double conversion UPS technology. The UPS installation team has been trained hands-on by the Principals and has plenty of experience to handle all kinds of installations. Through its long and strong partnership with Schneider Electric, VD offers additional scope of UPS systems as well. The APC by Schneider Electric has robust solutions for low-end UPS systems to critical Data Center deployment. The world class solution offered for all types of business verticals allows to position efficient and right-sized installations. The entire range of products needed towards installation of Network Critical Physical Infrastructure (NCPI) is available under the APC and MGE s umbrella of products and services. VD has been in partnership and has worked extensively with Reichle & De-Massari AG (R&M) Switzerland. We have carried out plenty of critical infrastructure installations through R&M s complete product range from Copper and Fiber Optic cabling solutions. The topquality, high-performance products, coupled with Verger s trained/certified group of installers, allows for optimum deployment of IT cabling infrastructure. 7 of 11

8 4.0 SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES 4.5 LOW VOLTAGE Low Voltage Division provides Building Management System with Partnership agreement from Honeywell for various Domestic, Residential and Commercial Buildings in and around UAE. Our works will also include supply of Air valves, BTU Meters and various other Stand Alone Controls. We are specialized in providing Automation Controls in various Government Substations, Hospitals inclusive of HVAC Controls related works. 8 of 11
