WB efforts currently limited by IDA funds Need to make greater use of other financial instruments to increase resource envelope Greater engagement with MICs Use of IBRD in IDA countries Enclave arrangements Third Party Guarantee Interest rate buy downs WB open to exploring new financing channels

13 Suggested priorities for ICA Continue donor harmonization, including leveraging additional resources and reaching out to new partners Encourage proactive and accelerated response by the donor community and private sector to the power crisis Examine and respond to the impacts of rising fuel and food prices through infrastructure, in addition to social measures
