12 Major Terms & Conditions under the OECD Guideline Cash payment: minimum 15% Currency : JPY, USD or EUR Minimum interest rate :CIRR (Commercial Interest Reference Rate; government bond yields plus 100bp) Maximum repayment period : (nuclear power plant) 18 yrs (after completion date) Repayment schedule: equal & semi-annual installment Premium: OECD consensus on risk premium Local Costs: Up to 30% of the export contract value -12-
