2 An effective nuclear security culture can strengthen the security of nuclear and radioactive material, and in particular prevent, detect and respond to malicious acts involving nuclear and radioactive material. During this session representatives of the main international organisations and institutions dealing with nuclear security will discuss the basic concepts and elements of nuclear security culture. International cooperation aimed at establishing a strong

Canada, France, the United Kingdom and the United States will discuss best practices enhancing the nuclear security, lessons learnt and ways forward to strengthen nuclear security culture.
