Scpe: The details belw represent the varius effrts assciated with relcating all Acne Sales Office persnnel and all related IT related equipment t the new lcatin: 1. Data Cnnectivity: Build ut at 240 West 35th street: Assumes Landlrd s General Cntractr t hire Structured Wiring Vendr. Statin wiring will be standard Cat 5e, dual data prts per statin and certified by the General Cntractr s Electrical Cntractr. Data Circuits t rdered and installed. Bth nn-recurring and recurring csts are t be defined in the cst estimate. New VIP Slutin specific hardware (Switches and Ruters t be spec d, prcured, staged, installed at West 35 th street, and tested. 2 new racks t be prcured. 2 new Wireless Access pints t be rdered, cnfigured and installed. Prcure, cnfigure and install tw 48 prt switches. Patch equipment t supprt 81 immediate active prts, as fllws: a) 67 Desktps - the distributin between Windws PC s and MAC s t fllw. b) 6 LAN printers c) 4 Netwrked cpy machines d) 2 fr Wireless access pints e) 2 fr Crprate Security s use f) Balance fr near-term grwth Include a Cable Mdem redundant netwrk back-up. Vice Cmmunicatins Build ut at 240 West 35th street: This slutin will be the Acne standard Cisc VIP system where the PC s are behind the telephne. Prcure, stage, install and test a new VIP system t supprt 70 endpints. Detailed distributin belw: Prcure, cnfigure, install and prgram 67 telephne handsets: This includes ne Receptin area phne with 4 number sidecar as fllws: 3 General phnes and ne Publisher phne 3 cnference rm plycms Nte that the 4 fax machines n-site are included as a part f the netwrk printer cunt abve. Include sftware, vic and 911 license fees in the cst estimate accrdingly. Telephnes will require call waiting, caller id and transfer capabilities. Order, crdinate the installatin and turn-up f, and cut ver new circuit/phne numbers (if necessary) t supprt the phne system. Order and install POTS lines fr system backup, netwrk remte access and alarm/fire mnitring as necessary. Prvide n-site pst mve supprt n the first business day at new the lcatin. Reclamatin at West 34th street: All telephne handsets Cancellatin f all existing Verizn Centrex lines since existing telephne numbers can t be prted t new carrier platfrm. 3. Server Equipment Build ut at 240 West 35th street: N activity required. All existing equipment will be sent t Acne s primary Data Center facility. Build ut at Acne s primary Data Center: A physical flr lcatin Acne s primary Data Center needs t be identified and built ut. Meaning, electrical pwer, fiber cnnected, netwrk cnnected, etc. Include any recurring fees t the cst estimate. Windws server team t cnduct relcatin / recnfiguratin Includes standard back-up sftware installatin. Includes any new license fees as applicable. Target Dates: Start: March 1st, 2012 End: August 27 th, 2012 Exclusins: Excluded frm this effrt are: 1. Cst assciated with Cable Televisin service installatin. 2. Csts assciated with any electrical pwer installatin at 35 th street are nt included in this cst estimate. 3. Csts and prcurement f ffice, cmputer r persnal hand-held equipment (i.e.: Furniture, Blackberry / Mbile Phnes, I-Pad s, PCs, printers, fax machine, headsets, etc.) nt included. 4. Cst fr the physical relcatin f all equipment (Servers, PCs, faxes, printers, cpiers, etc.) is nt part f this estimate. 5. Cst assciated with Security cabling / equipment. 6. Lw Vltage Cabling cst (General Cntractr effrt). 7. Cst fr Wiring Cnsultant. 8. Custmer des nt require Vide cnferencing. 9. There is n Music On-Hld Requirement. 10. 4 SOW fr New Data Center Prject Assumptins: The fllwing assumptins have been made related t this initiative: 1. Assumes Landlrd s General Cntractr t hire Structured Wiring Vendr. 2. Assumes Lw Vltage statin wiring will be tw data prt jacks per statin. 3. Assumes a near-term 9% expansin f users. 4. An 8-10 week lead-time frm the time f prject authrizatin is received t prcure, stage, install and test all circuits and netwrk and vice systems equipment. 5. This relcatin will be planned t ccur ver a weekend, including after hurs effrts. Assume a Friday 5pm start, with a systems up and ready fr Business User use n later than 10am n Sunday. Please price yur resurces accrdingly. 6. Remve the current 20kva UPS system frm 330 West 34th street and send it t Acne s primary Data Center lcatin fr installatin there. Acne will prvide an apprpriately sized UPS unit fr installatin and use at 35 th street. 7. Existing telephne numbers will nt be transferred t the new lcatin. 8. An assumptin f 80% entry-level, 20% executive-level phne set type and 1 expansin mdule requirements will be made fr budgetary purpses. 9. Arrangements will be made t have all ld telephne handsets reclaimed and dispsed f as apprpriate. 10. Vice Services will prvide phne lines t be used fr fire and burglar mnitring, but extensin and terminatin f thse lines will be crdinated by the tenant. 11. The data circuit size will supprt the ability t relcate all applicatin / database transactins t be mved frm West 34 th street t Acne s primary Data Center facility. 12. All data center envirnments (fiber, WAN, pwer, etc.) required in Acne s primary Data Center t receive the 34 th street server equipment are already in-place. 13. A new V-LAN space will be created fr the new lcatin. 14. All equipment currently stred in the Cmm rm at 34 th street, meaning several PC and Mnitrs will nt be shipped t the 35 th street address fr strage in the new Cmm rm. This equipment will be left behind and becme the Landlrd s respnsibility. 15. All required cabling fr Security will be accmplished by Security vendr. 16. Physical relcatin f all equipment (PCs, faxes, printers, cpiers, etc.) t be crdinated by the Facilities department. 17. The Landlrd s cnstructin vendr will engage wiring cnsultant. 18. Being that this lcatin is a unin shp; the Cable TV vendr wuld nt be able t pull the cax necessary t install the cable mdem. They require the electrician t pull the cable frm TWC riser which is lcated in cmmunicatin clset r stairwell n ur flr directly t yur ffice. 19. MTR will be centrally lcated, eliminating the need fr an IDF. 20. Custmer stated there is n requirement fr Vide Cnferencing. 21. All switch prts will be patched by the IT Data Cnnectivity grup and the General Cntractr s wiring vendr t include patch crd in their pricing / deliverable. File name / revisin Page 4 f 5
