3 I. Logging into InfraGard 1. Go to Enter the user name and password. Click Login. 3

4 2. Review the FBI Notification. You will need to click the I Agree button to access the site. 4

5 II. User Account Functions Change Password 1. To change your password, click the menu item Settings and then click Change Password. 5

6 2. Type the Current Password. Then type the new password twice in the Password and Confirm Password fields. The new password will need to be 12 characters long and contain one symbol, one number, one lower-case letter, and one upper-case letter. Ensure your three security questions have answers. Once complete, click Save. 6

7 View and Update Profile Information 1. To view or update your profile, click the menu item Settings and click My Profile. 7

8 2. The user profile will open. Your profile will be divided into different sections (see the tabs). To make any changes, each section will have an Edit button on the right. Click the Edit button to make any changes. 8

9 3. Make any necessary changes and click Save. Click Cancel to go back without making any changes. 9

10 Update Privacy Settings 1. To update your privacy settings, click the menu item Settings and click Privacy Settings. 2. Make any necessary changes and click Save Settings. 10

11 Forgot Password 1. If you forget your password, click the Reset Password button on the login screen. 2. Type your user name into the User Name field and click Submit. 11

12 3. You will need to answer three security questions and type the image text in the text box. Then, click Submit. 12

13 4. A temporary password will be sent to the address on file. Once you log in with the temporary password, you will be prompted to set a new password. 13

14 III. Chapter Functions View Chapter List 1. Click the menu item Collaboration and then click Chapters. 14

15 3. Find your chapter from the list and select View to view the chapter. 15

16 View Chapter Events 1. Click the menu item Collaboration and then click Chapters. 2. Select your chapter and click View. 16

17 3. Click Events on the left side of the page. 4. Click View Event List on the right side of the page to view chapter events. 17

18 IV. Sectors and SIGs Function View Sectors 1. Click the menu item Collaboration and then click Sectors. 2. Select a sector name to view. 18

19 View SIGs 1. Click the menu item Collaboration and then click Special Interest Groups. 2. Click View next to the SIG you would like to view. 19

20 Navigate Through SIG 1. Click the menu item Collaboration and then click Special Interest Groups. 2. Click View next to the SIG you would like to view. 20

21 3. Use the links on the left side of the page to navigate through the SIG. 21

22 V. Search Members and Message Search Members 1. Click the menu item Collaboration and click Members. 22

23 2. Type the identifying information into the text boxes and click Search. 23

24 Send Private Messages 1. Click Inbox from the InfraGard Dashboard. 2. Click Compose New Message. 24

25 3. Add a recipient, title the message, and type the message text. Then, click Send Message. 25

26 Receive Private Messages 1. Click Inbox from the InfraGard Dashboard. 2. It should default to show your messages. Otherwise, click Received to view your messages. 26

27 View Broadcast Messages 1. Click Inbox from the InfraGard Dashboard. 2. Broadcast messages will appear in the Inbox with the category Announcement Broadcast. 27

28 View News and Intel Items 1. Click the menu item Publications and then Documents. You can select the type of intel document you want to view or click All. 2. Click Details to view the item. 28

29 View Alerts 1. Click Publications and then click Alerts. 2. The Alerts section will open. 29

30 View Event Calendar 1. Click the menu item Home and Event Calendar. 2. The Event Calendar will appear. 30

31 VI. Forum Functions Add Thread to the General InfraGard Forum 1. Click Forums from the InfraGard Dashboard. 31

32 2. Click General InfraGard Forum. 3. Click Add New Thread. 32

33 4. Type the necessary information and click Save. 33

34 View, Add Comments, and Rate Forum Threads 1. Click Forums from the InfraGard Dashboard. 34

35 2. Click General InfraGard Forum. 3. To view a forum post, click the Thread Title. 35

36 4. You will be able to rate an article on the right side of the page. Comments will appear under the thread. To add a comment, click Add Comment. 36

37 VII. External Applications Malware Investigator 1. On the InfraGard Dashboard, click Malware Investigator. 37

38 2. Click the ILEEP button to continue. 38

39 iguardian 1. On the InfraGard Dashboard, click iguardian. 39

40 1. Fill out the iguardian incident report, click the blue button Submit Report. To review previous submissions, click the green button Previous Submissions. 40
