3 KPIT s Telematics Solution The Telematics solutions that we are building has all the required interfaces to connect to any devices ranging from short range BTLE sensors & Wi-Fi devices to long range cellular compatible to 2G, 3G & 4G LTE (Up to CAT-9). This also provides connectivity to in-vehicle ECUs, Gateway and other domain controllers via HS- CAN and Broad reach Ethernet to provide next gen Telematics services. KPIT s V2X Stack & Solutions KPITs V2X stack based on DSRC, is compliant to American & European standards (IEEE & ETSI respectively). The stack is highly modular & scalable and is carefully designed to have a very low latency. Being modular in nature, the stack is independent of the radio access layer & can easily ported to any platform with any Operating system. This stack can support multiple processor intensive Safety & Non-Safety applications related to vehicle-to-vehicle (passenger safety use-cases) and vehicle-toinfrastructure connectivity (for ITS use-cases). The IPv6 stack can cater to any IP based applications such as Certificate exchange, Web browsing and service advertisements.
