2 2 Streamline Automation, LLC We are a Research and Development Engineering firm and offer a variety of Engineering Services, from Engineering Concept and Design to Certification. We have experience in designing and building custom Manufacturing Machinery, Tools and Fixtures, Gages, Test Equipment, and Material Handling. Our facilities are housed in two buildings, for a total of 15,000 square feet in Chelsea Industrial Park in Huntsville, AL. Our office and workshop space accommodates our system design, fabrication, assembly and testing. From 2014 we are also an ISO 9001 certified company.

3 3 Streamline Automation FAQs: Where are you located and how long have you been in business? We are located in Huntsville, Chelsea Business Park, off Triana Blvd, south of Airport / Johnson Road. We opened in How big is your facility? We have15,000 sq ft, air conditioned under roof. We have 4,000+ sq ft dedicated to Project fabrication and Assembly, an Electronics Assembly Shop, a Chemistry Lab, a Biology Lab and coming soon, an Inspection Lab. How many people do you employ? We have 20+ personnel on staff and others available as needed. Our staff includes various levels of accreditations including P.E, PhD, M.S and B.S. Most have experience ranging from 15 to 30 years. What mechanical design software do you use? We use SolidEdge which is a 3D software product that is compatible with all other 2D and 3D programs.

Per project, we use our Customer's preferred PLC and HMI products such as Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, GE Fanuc, and many others. We also are experienced with a myriad of motor, robotic and fastening controllers or drives, vision, RFID, LVDT, laser, barcode and various electronic device control systems. We also use LabVIEW for data collection and management. What controls communications do you have experience with? Ethernet IP, Profibus, Devicenet, RS232, RS 485, Analog, Fiber Optic and other Isolated I/O interlocks. What metalworking type machines do you have? Powered cut -off, (2) Mills, Lathe, Hydraulic press, Welder, Media blaster, misc bench size power and manual tools. Coming soon in 2013 we are adding a new CNC lathe, CNC mill and related tool room equipment. We also utilize various machine tool shops to fabricate project details. 4 What quality systems does Streamline Automation have? We are an ISO 9001 certified company. Our suppliers are certified to ISO 9001, AS 9100 and A2LA.

We are a small business per the Government's definition and we are located in a HUB zone.
