Introduction China International Consumer (SINOCES) is a state-level consumer electronics show endorsed by the State Council, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and Technology and Shandong Provincial People's Government, supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and organized by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Machinery and Electronic Products and Qingdao Municipal People's Government. Since it was held in 2001, SINOCES relies on the most dynamic Chinese market hinterland in the world, constantly strengthens its role in leading industrial innovation and promoting enterprises to tap the market opportunities, builds a perfect consumer electronics industry innovation ecosphere, and attracts a large number of well-known global consumer electronics enterprises to participate in the show. Google, HP, IBM, GE, Apple, SONY, INTEL, Microsoft, Samsung, Haier, Hisense and other global consumer electronics giants have participated in the show. After eighteen years of professional operation, SINOCES has further strengthened its attraction for the industrial chains of consumer electronics industry. It has become an international professional platform leading the development of consumer electronics industry, the application of innovation technology and the development of the global market. According to the development characteristics of the current consumer electronics

2 industry, the 2018 SINOCES will continue to highlight the platform-oriented development policy, increase the convergence of customers, capital, innovation technology, channel, industrial policy, supply and demand information and other factors, and build an investment, financing platform, partner negotiation platform and interactive innovation platform for consumer electronics enterprises. Activities and Events to Be Held During the Show (I) The seventh "China International Consumer Electronics Leader Innovation Awards" Under the guidance of the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology, China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, the China Institute of Electronics and the SINOCES Organizing Committee will continue to jointly organize the "China International Consumer Electronics Leader Innovation Awards" with "Innovation leading the future and the life" as the theme, to interpret industry innovation trends, provide an enterprise innovation capability display platform, promote the development of the industry by innovation, provide an open resource platform, and assist award-winning products and enterprises to become "LEADER" of the industry. (II) Forums The 2018 SINOCES will continue to build smart platforms for technology exchange and industrial communication for consumer electronics enterprises, and hold several high-quality professional meeting forums. It will aim at the global economic development situation, focus on the industry development process, explore the latest trends of the industry, and seek a new blueprint for the consumer electronics industry. 1. China (Qingdao) International Big Data Summit Forum Guide the enterprises to use big data to promote the integration of information Technology and industrialization in all directions, enhance the service support capability of big data to traditional enterprises, encourage enterprises to transform and upgrade, improve quality and increase efficiency, and provide fresh vitality for the development of big data in the age of

Future Auto Industry Development Summit Forum Create hot events through the summit forum, discuss the new demand and trend of future automobile development, and make the government, automobile enterprises, technology companies and suppliers gather together to share the technical challenges and solutions and talk about the development and the future of "future automobiles" in Qingdao. With the help of the summit forum, establish the "future automobile development research institute" in Qingdao to carry out research and manufacture of innovative products and intelligent technology. Through the summit forum, show the development strength of Qingdao's new energy automobile industry to all the major automobile enterprises, attract more automobile enterprises to build factories and laboratories in Qingdao, and attract investment. (IV) Trade Negotiations The 2017 SINOCES gathered more than 110 purchasers and hundreds of government and enterprise executives and experts in the industry from 17 countries and regions; the total agreement transaction volume of domestic trade was RMB 771 million; the total export intention transaction volume was $236 million, and the results were remarkable. In 2018, we

6 will invite more purchasers, strive to open up a wider domestic and foreign market for the exhibitors and promote the efficient docking of supply and demand of the consumer electronics industry.
