3 SWIFT, or the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, offers the global financial community with a highly secure and reliable network for the exchange of electronic financial messages. It provides the communications platform, products and services to connect more than 10,000 banking organisations, securities institutions and corporate customers in over 200 countries and territories. SWIFT SERVICES BEST PRACTICE AT LOWEST COST When connecting via a SWIFT service Bureau there is no need for individual team infrastructure costs in each country. Our own engineers are responsible for the service and maintenance of all infrastructure and service components. This includes SWIFT upgrades that will be taken care of by ourselves. As a user you can exchange automated and standardised financial information securely and reliably with a reduction in costs and operational risk and inefficiencies. 3

OUR SWIFT OFFERING SWIFT FILEACT SANCTIONS SCREENING With strict money-laundering and counter-terrorism regulatory requirements and legislation, there is a need to frequently and closely screen payment messages and instructions against international sanctions lists. While this can be a cumbersome process, failure to comply carries severe penalties unquantifiable damage to reputation and brand equity. FULL OUTSOURCE SERVICE Through our centralised operations structure we deliver high-quality, secure, fast accessibility to all customer services, regardless of geographic location. With us you have full access to three independent platforms designed for production, disaster recovery and testing. INSTALLATION AND SWIFT TRAINING At our SWIFT service bureau we have the capability to provide SWIFT engineering skills for on-site installations and SWIFT upgrades. We also provide you with an understanding of SWIFT and the varieties of SWIFT messaging which can be processed via the SWIFT network. This functionality allows for the delivery of bulk data via the secure SWIFTNet connection. PARTIAL OUTSOURCING This option offers you the opportunity to connect to the SWIFT network via your own SWIFT Alliance Access to our SWIFT Alliance Gateway, with all the associated savings in additional hardware, software license fees and network costs. DISASTER RECOVERY If you already have your own existing disaster recovery infrastructure, then with access to our disaster recovery services you also have the option of not having to invest in separate SWIFT infrastructure disaster recovery. 4
