We are designing the GOOGLE office Building at Gachibowli and this is, a sft built to suit office building:- We have designed state of the Art HVAC and BMS systems, which is to be LEED Rated. The building will be ready for occupation starting September We are designing HVAC systems for PHOENIX at AVANCE BUSINESS HUB for Building H03, of 1 MILLION sft with Office space and Basements and this will be ready for occupation by 2016 end 3. We are designing HVAC and BMS systems for JP MORGAN CHASE, For sft with Office space in two buildings at Hyderabad, with LEED certification, and this will be ready by September GOOGLE office Building at Gurgaon, a sft built to suit office building:- We have designed state of the Art HVAC and BMS systems which has been awarded LEED PLATINUM This building has high efficiency water cooled Screw chillers feeding the floors and comprehensive supplementary facilities such as Live Kitchens, state of the art Café, and High end workspace design 5. WELLS FARGO building at Hyderabad :- We have designed HVAC and BMS Design for the WELLS FARGO building at Divyasree SEZ in Hyderabad (Clients consultant). This is a sft building with state of the art Data centers and office spaces... This is a LEED rated building which has been certified as a LEED PLATINUM rated Commercial Interiors space. 6. We have designed HVAC/ BMS systems for the GOOGLE s office building at Divyasree OMEGA in Hyderabad (Clients consultant) in various buildings and overall provided designs for over 10,00,000 sft of their offices at Hyderabad. The systems installed include Chilled water AHU based cooling for general areas and VRF systems for critical areas. 7. We have provided HVAC/ BMS Design for the GOOGLE s office building at Mumbai with designs that have been certified LEED PLATINUM, with VAV based cooling from Chilled water AHU, and Water cooled DX systems for Server room and UPS rooms.

We have completed, for PAREXEL INTERNATIONAL, a state of the art sft facility in Bangalore, being designed for LEED PLATINUM rating and has chilled water systems, VRF systems and BMS system as part of the facility infra designed by us 9. We have completed successfully an integrated design for HVAC and BMS Systems for DUPONT at Shamirpet Hyderabad for their Research labs which offers temperature, humidity and pressure control in all the research areas. 10. We have completed successfully integrated HVAC and BMS designs for Multiple Offices of PwC at Mumbai, and Bangalore and are in the process of starting designs for a sft office for PwC at Bangalore, 11. We are designing HVAC systems for a high end Mall on the coast of Andhra Pradesh in the Part city of Kakinada and this Mall is a sft facility with four theatre screens and extensive Retail and Hypermarket space, and this will be ready for occupation by 2017 July 12. Designed the Integration of multiple chiller plants across the GMR Airport Campus at Hyderabad international Airport with retro integration of lower efficiency loads into higher efficiency chiller systems.the Water cooled centrifugal chillers are being used as a DISTRICT COOLING OPTION to provide best energy costs to the entire load of various buildings in the GMR Airport Administration area. The Existing Air cooled chillers are being planned for shift and the water will be pumped from the terminal building system to cater to all Loads. This entire system design including the BMS component has been designed by us. 13. Air conditioning system And BMS design for GMR Corporate office Building at Hyderabad Airport. Multi floor Airconditioning system design with some parts of the building having conventional chilled water based VAV integrated cooling control and VIP areas with standalone units fed by a separate VRF system. 14. We have provided HVAC design services to QUALCOMM offices across RAHEJA MINDSPACE and their Bangalore campus and have completed designs for over sft of space involving office space and specialized Lab areas

Completed Design and handed over QUALCOMM Global Data center at Bangalore, a high density Data Center design with Hot Aisle containment cooling solution for the racks of over 400kw load in the DC. 16. We have provided Air conditioning system design for PAREXEL International at Raheja Mindspace Hyderabad. This Facility has a design combination of conventional chilled water AHU based cooling zones for most office spaces, VRF based DX unit cooled spaces such as UPS rooms, Cafeteria, and meeting rooms and Precision AC cooled Data centre with Under floor Cooling (Tier II Design). 17. Currently providing HVAC and BMS design for LEED GOLD rated office at Bangalore for PAREXEL International at RMZ 18. Provided the HVAC design for BIRLASOFT at TSI Waverock for sft, with designs for Server rooms, Labs and Office spaces 19. Air-conditioning system and BMS system design for INVESCO at DIVYASREE for 80000sft and this space has been awarded LEED PLATINUM 20. Air-conditioning system and BMS system design for INVESCO at GMR Shamshabad, Hyderabad. The Disaster recovery DC has Dual Fluid Precision AC units with DX and chilled water circuits. The Precision AC units have standalone chillers designed by us to exclusively cater to the Precision AC units. 21. Air conditioning system design for GENPACT at Hyderabad and Jaipur. The various Hyderabad Facilities we have designed have an overall area of SFT has a design combination of conventional chilled water AHU based cooling zones for most office spaces, VRF based DX unit cooled spaces such as UPS rooms, Hub rooms.,mux Room, MDF room. 22. Providing Air conditioning design for two offices in SLN Terminus, for HIL and INDUS TOWERS totaling sft 23. Currently designing HVAC systems for SANGEET MALL at Secunderabad, which has Aircooled Screw Chillers Planned with downstream chilled water system infrastructure. The Design includes system design for. Shops and Multiplexes. The Ventilation system of the entire building is also being designed for this Mall as per NBC.

We are providing HVAC design for WELKIN Park Apartment Complex at Begumpet, Hyderabad, where AC units have been planned for all apartments at construction stage, and AC unit design has been done for the Club House.The ventilation requirements for the Basements are also part of this order. This is a 200 apartment complex with high end user specifications. 25. HVAC Design for the XILINX office building at Meenakshi Tech Park in Hyderabad (Clients consultant). This is a sft area and successfully completed in March This Facility has a design combination of conventional chilled water AHU based cooling zones for most office spaces, VRF based DX unit cooled spaces such as Labs and café, and Hi sensible DX units for UPS room and Precision AC cooled Data centre with COLD AISLE CONTAINMENT. 26. HVAC/ BMS Design for the OPEN TEXT s office at RAHEJA MINDSPACE in Hyderabad. This is a sft area all of which is completed and successfully operational. The systems installed include Chilled water AHU based cooling for general areas and VRF systems for critical areas. 27. We have designed HVAC systems for High End ROBOTIC OPERATION THEATRE suite at India s premier Hospital PGI Chandigarh. 28. Designed an Integrated HVAC system for a 3 star Property ( HOTEL) run by BEST WESTERN at Tirupati with all Airconditioning and central ventilation system for the fresh air and exhausts 29. Air conditioning system design for DSM at Raheja Mindspace Hyderabad. This Facility OF SFT Planned for LEED GOLD with a combination of VAV based AHU systems, PAC s for server room, VRF systems for Hub and Cafeteria spaces. 30. Designed HVAC systems for Central Pollution Control Board WATER LAB facility at Delhi, funded and overseen by the GERMAN ASSISTANCE group GTZ. And currently designing HVAC and BMS design for AP POLLUTION BOARD upgradation of their test Labs at Hyderabad under World Bank Funding Using complex cooling / ventilation, pressurization and exhaust designs 31. Currently Consultant for RAMOJI FILM CITY And DOLPHIN HOTELS for their 5 Star and 3 star properties, and redesigning the properties and upgrading the Hotels to latest HVAC Equipment Provided New Energy efficient Chillers for BROADRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES Hyderabad, for their requirement of replacement of 2 nos 300TR chillers

7 7 33. TCS training facility at Hyderabad:-This is a sft training facility with high end training rooms and special acoustics and the HVAC designs are carried out by LESA PROSERV. 34. Air conditioning system design for Rockwell Collins India at Hyderabad. This facility has a design combination of conventional chilled water AHU based cooling zones for most office spaces, DX unit cooled spaces such as UPS rooms, Cafeteria, Labs and Precision AC cooled Data centre with Under floor Cooling (Tier II Design). 35. Air conditioning systems design for REUTER s office at Bangalore. This Facility has a design combination of conventional chilled water AHU based cooling zones for most office spaces, DX units for UPS rooms, and Precision AC cooled Data centre with Under floor Cooling (Tier II Design). 36. Air conditioning systems design for JP Morgan Bangalore. This facility has a design combination of conventional chilled water AHU based cooling zones for most office spaces, DX units for UPS rooms, and Precision AC cooled Data centre with Under floor Cooling (Tier II Design). 37. Air conditioning system design for TCS Bangalore at Salarpuria complex Whitefield. GAYATRI Hospital - This facility has HVAC systems for a speciality Hospital at Hyderabad in Kidney care, complete with Major OT s, ICU s, and Diagnostic areas. 41. Air conditioning system design for ABB Office at Hyderabad. This Facility has a design combination of conventional chilled water AHU based Cooling zones for office spaces.
