9 Data Centre Data Centre revenues of 4.7m (2016: 5.9m) Revenue excluding consolidation impact up by 6.6% Revenue impacted by customer consolidation in 2016 Revenues up 4.9% in H2 compared with H1 Primarily due to good uptake of our intelligent cloud services; resulting in increase in recurring revenue Growth in non-recurring equipment sales Combined occupancy rates of 76% (2016: 71%) New suite of managed service products launching in 2018 Annual impact of customer consolidation has now been realised 9

22 Global Solutions Product Overview Wholesale Voice Wholesale SMS MVNE International M2M/SSM Chameleon Wholesale carrier termination of voice minutes as a standalone offering and to support MVNE services. Revenue share to partners for voice termination to MT number ranges in relation to MVNE offering or for call forwarding services like conferencing or Unified Communications. Two way SMS messaging to allow wholesale customers to send and receive SMS via MT s extensive roaming and interconnect agreements. Use the commercial advantage of MT number ranges to generate a revenue share model to support value added services such as Personal Tracking, Competition Entry and Dating. High level MVNE integration exposing our Global roaming and interconnect agreements to International mobile service providers. Allows control of mobile service at a more granular level to enable partners to adapt services for specific end users markets. Enterprise Services. Smart SIM solutions that intelligently seek out the best signal and most commercially attractive network (e.g. can roam/connect to all UK Networks). Provide flexible Service Management Platform to enable distributors real time control of tariffs, provisioning, usage control etc. Attractive to customers where Mobile connectivity is critical for the delivery of the end service Lone Working, Alarm monitoring, Telehealth etc. 22
23 Global Solutions Customer Overview Voice Wholesale (WorldSIM) SMS Wholesale (TynTec) MVNE International (Matrix) M2M/SSM Chameleon (PeopleSafe) WorldSIM are predominantly a MVNE partner but also use MT for wholesale carrier voice termination. WorldSIM also provide a variation of call forwarding services that allow customers to provide friends and relatives with MT numbers that when called are forwarded either to mobile numbers or fixed numbers in any country required. Wholesale SMS Aggregator using multiple Network Partners to provide a wide spectrum of SMS services from Push Marketing through to more advanced Search Engine and Social Media services to the Internet Giants. Initially needed access to MT s large Global base of bi-lateral SMS agreements. MT was the initial founder Network Partner and as such offers an extremely high level of Integration and a strategic working relationship that can not be matched by our competition. Large ($100m) Indian distributor of mobile solutions to international travellers out of India. Previously had arrangements with many countries to provide local SIM solutions and now consolidating services onto a single SIM provided by MT that provides access to all countries and reduces reliance on multiple solutions for Matrix. Use MT as the most capable Technology Partner to glue together their International Network Agreements. Provide Panic Alarms to over 70,000 users that are part of the 6.8m Lone Workers in the UK. Dedicated device with a SIM inside that permanently tracks the individual and provides a button that once pressed alerts a monitoring centre, starts to send location information and records what is going on for assistance or evidential services. Whole service hinges on having access to the Mobile Network which is why the MT roaming solution is key. 23
