Kill all elbsserver, fmsserver, and ermsserver processes All Elite backend executables should have a handle back to its service ini file (e.g., /elite/custom/services/eiselbs.ini) To cleanly restart a service, it s necessary to identify all processes with open handles to the services *.ini files. 6
