4 1. Introduction Welcome to the Installation Guide of LepideAudior for SQL Server. In this installation guide, we have covered installation of LepideAudior for SQL Server. Apart from the installation of the software, the uninstallation process of the software is also included in this installation guide. 1.1 Purpose of this document The purpose of this document is to guide you through the process of installation and un-installation of LepideAudior for SQL Server. 1.2 Points of contact For software related queries, you can contact us at: Helpline: Send for: General Queries: Sales: Technical Support: 2. System Requirements Before you start installing the LepideAudior for SQL Server, make sure that your computer meets the following requirements. 2.1 Basic System Requirements Pentium 4 or Higher Class Processor 1 GB RAM (2 GB recommended) 50 MB of Disk Space for Software installation 2.2 Supported Windows Platform Windows 2012 Server R2 Windows 8 Windows 7 Windows Vista

5 Windows 2008 Server Windows XP Windows Supported SQL Server Versions SQL Server 2000 SQL Server 2005 SQL Server 2008 SQL Server 2008 R2 SQL Server Net Framework.Net Framework 4.0 Note: You need to make sure that SQL Server must be installed in the system where the software is installed or in any other system in the network. 3. Installing LepideAudior for SQL Server Before you start installing LASS, make you sure that the software installer file is available on your computer. If the file is not available then you can download the file from our Website - After you have downloaded the installer file, execute the following steps to install the software: 1. Double-click the LepideAudior for SQL Server s installer file. 2. LepideAudior for SQL Server Setup Wizard will open:

6 3. Select I accept the agreement option and click Next to continue further:

7 4. Now select destination location where the software will be installed: 5. Select Start Menu Folder to create program s shortcut and click Next:

8 6. Here select the required additional tasks and click Next:

9 7. Setup is now ready to start the installation process. 8. Click Install to start installation. Installation process has started:

10 9. When the installation process completes Completing the LepideAudior for SQL Server Setup Wizard message appears on the software installation window:

11 10. Click the Finish button and the software will be launched:

12 4. Un-installing LepideAudior for SQL Server There can be a situation when you need to uninstall this software. The software can be uninstalled from your computer system in following two ways: Uninstall through Windows Start Menu Uninstall through Control Panel Before you start uninstalling software, make sure that it is not running. 4.1 Uninstall through Windows Start Menu Execute the following steps to uninstall LASS through Windows Start menu: 1. Click Start > All Programs > LepideAudior for SQL Server > Uninstall LepideAudior for SQL Server. 2. A confirmation message appears to let you affirm the un-installation process: 3. Click the Yes button to uninstall the software.

13 4. Click the OK button to finish the un-installation process: LASS is successfully uninstalled from your computer system. 4.2 Uninstall through Control Panel Execute the following steps to uninstall LASS through Control Panel: 1. Click Start -> Control Panel. Control Panel window appears.

14 2. Double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon. A list of the programs installed on your computer appears. 3. Select LepideAudior for SQL Server and click the Remove button. A confirmation message before un-installing the software appears on the screen: 4. Click the Yes button to un-install the software. 5. Click the OK button to complete the un-installation process.

15 LASS is successfully uninstalled from your computer system.
