2 INETCO Insight Product Demo Script With INETCO Insight you can: Fix problems 65-75% faster Increase transaction based revenue opportunities Deliver an amazing omni-channel customer experience INETCO Insight Dashboard Overview Examples Start with Overview dashboard Used by Channel Operations Teams to understand what is happening in your core applications and the different self-service devices and applications used to touch customers o Living, breathing map of the moving parts of your network Different types of transactions displayed for each channel monitored: o Online banking paths (Retail Ecommerce) o Self-service environments (ATM, POS) o Branch (Lending Application) Walk through ATM transaction path this one shows a customer migrating from old ATM switch to a new one Lines between different points show:
3 o Failures/error conditions affecting transaction completion (line will turn red) o Transaction volume (thickness of line denotes potential bottlenecks) o No transaction volume (dotted line) Can easily drill in to real-time alerts to investigate why something is occurring Go to Dashboards tab and select the Omni Channel View dashboard from the Shared Dashboards drop down list Many different ways to visualize transaction data o Can easily compare data between each channel and see response times and failures o You can examine individual transactions or trends over time Click on channel name ATM Click Show in Transactions or Show in Trends
4 INETCO Insight Real-time Alert Examples Change back to Overview dashboard under INETCO Dashboards list INETCO Insight offers the ability to set custom alerts that notify users when certain issues arise that need to be investigated
5 Can be set up for any transaction related occurrence / any dimension of a transaction (geography / card type etc..): o Too many Incorrect PIN attempts (potential fraud) o Transactions taking longer than normal, such as Slow Mobile o Low transactions coming from particular group of ATMs at peak times o Disconnections between different points in the transaction path, such as AuthorizerDisconnect o Unexpected Declines Highlight Unexpected Decline alert Explain how it could be masking a network error Click on Unexpected Decline alert
6 Click on Individual Transaction Three clicks to go from an alert to detailed view of the offending transaction Click and open Individual Transaction Show Link Level in topology diagram by checking box on left INETCO Insight allows you to pinpoint issues, capture data, and walk back in time Customers experience an average 65-75% faster mean-time-to-repair Talk through the transaction topology to show where the breakdown occurred o Is it a network connection or application issue?
7 Highlight the failure between switch and authorization host (last Request that goes out from Core Switch to the Authorization hop no Response comes back) Point out the benefit of capturing transaction data off the network o Lightweight and easy way to get the data- no agents or code changes required; no touching the payments switch o Can see how the network and ALL components on a transaction path are responding In this case the network delivered the request to the host but the host failed to respond Click on last Financial Transaction Request that went out to the Authorization Host Under the Details tab, point out the application payload and metadata information that is accessible (amount requested, primary account number (PAN) number, terminal ID) o Note that any sensitive info displayed is masked Under the Transaction Summaries tab, look at the Duration to see timing info for every leg of the transaction is also accessible. o A 60 second wait was experienced before this transaction failed o Customer left unsure of what the issue was meaning a negative customer experience Look at Message Timings tab for more detailed timing information.
8 INETCO Insight Transaction Log Examples Go to Transactions tab and select Financial under Business Transactions column Often IT teams have to rely on customer reports before they realize issues are occurring o Isolating the issue can then be time consuming + costly INETCO Insight allows you to go back in time Set up a simple filter for transactions: If Any * Status * Contains * Failed
9 Point out the ability to look at transaction times o Click on a failed transaction: Explain why it failed using the Status and Error Cause fields in the Details INETCO Insight Trends Examples Go back to Omni-Channel dashboard -> Click on ATM dropdown -> Click Show in Trends
10 Show how to investigate what has happened over last 24 hours o INETCO Insight shows failure rate and response time Show different ways to visualize data (ability to split data into 2 graphs using button in top right hand corner of graphs) Can easily investigate spikes in failures or response times by clicking on graphs Ease of data manipulation makes it possible to put data in context Click on an area where there are a high number of failures and click on Transactions Show all the transaction data fields INETCO Insight Interval Statistics Examples Go to Interval Statistics tab and select Terminal Statistics
11 INETCO Insight gives the ability to show the statistics and performance of any individual element within your network Type 22 in the Search Box
12 EXAMPLE for ATM managers: you can see the activity of each ATM o Withdrawals/deposits, are there any outliers? o Highlight terminal 223 with high decline amount o Demonstrate the search function (type in terminal numbers) o Can set alerts for idol ATMs Go to Interval Statistics tab and select Issuer Host Links INETCO Insight also helps you gain a unique view into your backend connections Go to Interval Statistics tab and select Mobile Banking Statistics See for each transaction type: o How many errors o How many transactions have failed to meet a response time threshold All this data can be collected and streamed into analytics portion of INETCO Analytics Subset can be passed to ATM management system such as APTRA Vision Go to Interval Statistics tab and select Terminals Click on Approved column to get terminal with most approved transactions (look at ATM terminal 258) Double click on the terminal to show both Transactions and Object History Transactions shows last hour of transactions Object History provides transaction history Key Takeaways: With INETCO Insight you can: Fix problems 65-75% faster Increase transaction based revenue opportunities Deliver an amazing omni-channel customer experience
