In Web Viewer errors will occur depending on the user or administrative action and whether the primary DRAS task is the one that abends. The DRAS task must be restarted and may need to be cancelled first. Web Viewer will not be available for users of that DRAS task until it is recycled. If the DRAS task that abended is the primary DRAS for Web Viewer no users will be able to acess Web Viewer until the new DRAS task is running.
