Testing and Assessment Pre-IDs and Importing Tests are functions that were only available in Aeries Client Server, but as new state file layouts are introduced functionality is being added to the Aeries Web Version. At this time Aeries Client Version will still address the CELDT Pre-ID and CELDT Test Results import, while Aeries Web Version supports the import of the CAASPP Interim Assessment Test Results, the CAASPP Student Test Results, and the ACT Test Results. Pre-ID Setup Procedures As file layouts are released from the CDE Aeries is updated to reflect the changes made to the Pre-ID Layouts. Creating the Pre-ID tables is flexible and allows the necessary data to be pulled from most studentrelated tables. Prior to creating a new Pre-ID file it is crucial you have the most recent update from Aeries with the latest file changes or your file will contain incorrect data. Information is available for Pre-ID s either by using the INFO button on the Pre-ID form or viewing the Major Revision notes for recent modifications. Pre-ID Basics and Procedures A copy of the Pre-ID record layout MUST be obtained from the state or testing vendor for the Pre-ID being loaded. This layout should be reviewed for the testing vendor requirements, state requirements and what values are allowed in each field. Session Page 2

Print the Database Table Information report from View All Reports to review the table layout and take note to the field lengths and descriptions. A selection box displays requesting the table to be printed. For example PCT can be selected and the following report will be generated. The following are Pre-ID formats available in Aeries and their table names: CELDT Pre-identification PCT table CAASPP Paper-Pencil Test Assignment extract file (Aeries Web Only) CAASPP Student Accommodations (Test Settings) extract file (Aeries Web Only) STAR Pre-identification PRE table (no longer administered as of the school year)** CAHSEE Pre-identification PHE table (no longer administered as of the school year) Use the report to make notes of where the required data is stored in Aeries. The majority of the required data has specific designated fields in Aeries. However, Aeries is made to be flexible due to the potential that Districts can store data in different tables/fields. Next set up the Cross-Reference or XRF table to populate the data correctly into the Pre-ID Table. The XRF table is designed to handle all of the different tables to be used in the Pre-ID. NOTE: Beginning with the testing administration the STAR Pre-Identification form will no longer be used. The CAASPP Paper-Pencil Test Assignment extract will be used to create an extract of students that will take the California Alternative Assessments, STS for RLA and other Special (Print) Versions of the CAASPP. The CAASPP Student Accommodations (Test Settings) extract will be used to create an extract of students with their embedded and non-embedded test settings. Function of the Cross Reference Table The Cross-Reference (XRF) table is designed to pull data from student related tables into the Pre-ID table. The XRF allows values to be changed based off of school-defined codes. In the below example E is used to indicate English in the Student Data (STU) table but the PHE table must contain an EO for English. The XRF table can be used to change the value to an EO in the PHE.LF field. NOTE: Translations for CSE, LAC and PGM tables are no longer needed for the CELDT Pre-ID and should be removed from the XRF table. Session Page 3

The following are the field names in the XRF table: TC = Pre-Id table name FC = Pre-Id Field name CD = Code to be placed in that field DE = Description of Pre-Id Field TC1 = Table In Aeries FC1 = Field in Aeries txtsi = Sign (=, #, <, >, %) CD1 = What the code in Aeries would be txtde = Code Description The symbols available in the cross-reference form are: = Equals # Not Equal < Less-than > Greater-than % move the value from one field into the pre-id field The cross-reference also has the ability to blank out codes. Many Pre-ID layouts require one field or the other filled in, however they both cannot be blank. In this case Aeries usually sets the default value to the one that applies to the majority of the student population. However, on the students that do not fall within the default their values need to be blank. The following is an example of blanking out the Code if a student is flagged in Free and Reduced. Blank fields indicate a space, however it is not necessary to fill it with quotes ( ). Tab into the Code field and hit the space bar. This will effectively blank out a field during the Load Process. The most important thing when creating a Pre-ID file is to know where the data is coming from. Cross Reference is set up to pull data into a Pre-ID but does not have a feature to push data back out of the Pre-Id table. So if manual data entry is performed in the Pre-ID to meet requirements of the state or testing vendor then it is better to do it into a student related table rather than massage the data in the Pre-Id table being utilized. Student Data Audit Report The majority of the State Pre-Id tests require the same student information to be loaded into the file. This data is then verified by the Testing vendor. Sometimes files can be rejected and sent back to a district or sometimes the testing vendor will charge penalty fees for the errors within the file. The Student Data Audit report should be generated prior to ALL Pre-ID file creations. It is suggested that this report be generated at the beginning of the school year instead of waiting until the Pre-ID file is created. This report will validate common data in the database to be loaded into the Pre-ID files. The data can be corrected prior to Pre-ID being generated. Session Page 4

This report can be sorted by Student Name and will list ALL errors for each student or it can be sorted by the Errors. Specific errors can also be selected by clicking the mouse on the None button then clicking the mouse on the field to be validated. After clicking the mouse on the OK button the following example of the report will be generated and can be used to locate and fix errors. There are specific fields that can be set up in the Pre-ID XRF that will eliminate an error from printing on the report but remember these should also be updated in the other Pre-ID XRF s if needed: Parent Education Level Student English Proficiency (STU.LF) English Learner Hispanic/Latino Indicator Loading Data into Pre-ID Forms The Pre-ID s can be created in either the School or District database. The District database contains the majority of the student data. It is highly suggested that the District creates the Pre-ID files. The District s Pre-ID form Schools tab allow you to select specific schools to be loaded. Session Page 5

The top of the form displays the table that is used. In the below example it is the PCT table. The Year or Version of the format will display which is taken from the Pre-ID Layout. When using this form take the year or version of the format into consideration and verify this is the correct layout. The Pre-ID form displays tabs across the top indicating the steps taken when creating the Pre-ID file. The Cross Reference tab is used to update the file with additional data. The Schools tab is used to select specific schools to be loaded into the file. The Load Records tab is used to select and load specific data into the file. The Basic Student Info, Program & Test Info and Other tabs display data loaded for each student. The Reports tab contains various reports to assist with verifying data. The Create File tab allows you to select the path where the file is stored and the file name. The Load Records tab is used to load the data for each test and indicates specific information to be selected for ALL students. The bottom of the form will display the selections made from this form. For example, the CELDT Test Date, Grade Range 0 thru 12, Incl. Student Addr is No, etc. Once the Load Students button is selected the Total Records field will display the total number of students loaded into the table. This number reflects the actual number of students to be included in the file. All options on the forms are documented in the Pre-Id record layout, and it is the responsibility of the district to choose which are correct for them. For example, if Student Address is included it may cost the district more money and may not be appropriate to use if the district is trying to cut costs. Some Pre-ID layouts require the Hispanic/Latino indicator and Race fields to be loaded into the file. The program will use the Ethnicity (STU.ETH) and Race (STU.RC1 - STU.RC5) fields if located in the student record. If the Ethnicity (STU.ETH) and Race (STU.RC1) fields are blank the program will then check all old Ethnicity fields (EC-EC6) for a Hispanic or Latino (500) ethnicity code in any of these fields. If Code 500 is located the new Hispanic or Latino indicator will be flagged with a Y on the Pre-ID Session Page 6

form. If no Code 500 is located the field will be flagged with an N. All old Ethnicity fields (EC-EC5) will be updated into the new Race fields in the Pre-ID. On the Pre-ID Forms, (XRF) displayed next to the field name indicates this data will not automatically be pulled into the table and you will need to cross reference the values. For example, the Local Use Field (xrf) field on the CELDT Pre-ID Basic Student Info tab. Reports to Validate Data Once the data has been loaded into the Pre-ID table you MUST verify ALL data is correct. First visually review the data. Reports are available to assist you with verifying data. Queries can also be generated to inspect the integrity and values of the fields. When you are comfortable with the integrity of this data, from the Create File tab click the mouse on the Create File button and choose where to store the file. It is recommended you place it in a file on your hard drive. Reviewing Data Another useful tool in Aeries is View Disk Records, which can be used to view the data that is contained in the fixed length file. This tool can help you verify that data has been loaded into the correct positions in the file as required by the Record Layout. Adjust the Rcd Size, if necessary, to display one record at a time. Selecting to display Horizontal Lines or Dots may make the form easier to read. Session Page 7

Clicking the mouse in the file will display the field position. CELDT Pre-ID Form All of the points made about Pre-Ids are valid for the CELDT Pre-Id. The CELDT file will include score information for the last CELDT test the student took. This will be automatically populated from the testing table (TST) and use the most recent CELDT testing data for the student. If there is no testing information the student will be tagged as having an Initial Assessment under the purpose of test. If the student has test score information, the student will receive a tag of Annual Assessment. Changes to the CELDT layout in the administration include removing special education, program and certain language assessment information. The state now gathers this information through CALPADS. For this reason, translations for CSE, LAC and PGM tables are no longer needed for the CELDT Pre-ID and should be removed from the XRF table. Since the CELDT Pre-ID should only include the Limited English students that will be taking the CELDT test, a Query KEEP is recommended before loading the CELDT Pre-ID. Run the following statement KEEP STU IF LF = X, where X = the code for Limited English in the STU.LF field. Session Page 8

Enter the CELDT Test Date. If the month of the CELDT Test Date is 07 or 08 the prompt Do you want to create the Pre-ID with the student s Current Grade + 1 will appear after the Load Students button is clicked. This is done so that the CELDT Pre-ID can be run in the current year database (prior to rollover) before the students grades have been advanced in the new school year. When this option is selected a red message will display on the form indicating that the Pre-ID (PCT) table has been created with the students current grade + 1. The Grade Range to create CELDT Pre-ID records has been increased to include PreSchool and Transitional Kindergarten students. Per CELDT, the Transitional Kindergarten students whose primary language is other than English as determined by a home language survey must be administered the CELDT and will take the kindergarten test. To include the Transitional Kindergarten students in the CELDT Pre-ID file select the TK grade level. Please refer to the CELDT_Pre_ID_2016.pdf document for more detailed information regarding the CELDT Pre-ID. Test Settings The Test Settings form will allow schools to enter the embedded and non-embedded test settings (designated supports and accommodations) for the students that need modifications to the Smarter Balanced (Online ELA and Math) Assessments or that need to take a paper pencil version of the assessments (Braille, Large Print or Spanish for SBAC Math). Once entered, these test settings can be exported to a file that can be imported using TOMS (Test Operations Management System) on the CAASPP site. The Test Settings screen can be found under the Student Data Test Scores node on the navigation tree. Only users with permissions to the Test Settings screen will see the node on the navigation tree. The Active Test Settings screen can also be found as a tab in the Special Education screens. Session Page 9

Test Settings records can be added in both the school level and district level. When adding records in the Test Settings List (all) screen, enter the Start Date of the student s test setting. If the test modification has an end date, enter that value. The codes are hard-coded and can either be typed into the Code field or selected from the drop-down. When adding records using the Active Test Settings screen the system will maintain the Start Date and End Date based on the day the record is added/updated. CAASPP Student Accommodations (Test Settings) The CAASPP Student Accommodations (Test Settings) option in the CAASPP Extract Files screen allows the user to extract data from the Test Settings (STS) table which can then be copied into the CA_Upload_Stu_Accom_Template_ _v11.xlsx provided by CAASPP. Once the template file has been populated with the Test Settings data it can be uploaded into TOMS to update the students test settings/ accommodations/ modifications for the Smarter Balanced Online Summative Assessments. On the CAASPP Export Files screen enter a date in the Include active settings with a start date on or before this date field. The date is used to determine which Test Settings records will be included in the extract. To be included in the extract the Test Settings Start Date (STS.SD) must be less than or equal to the entered date and the Test Settings End Date (STS.ED) must either be greater than the entered date or must be Null. If you wish to limit the extracted records to certain students click on the Aeries QUERY button and run a query to limit to the desired students. Checkboxes to Include Inactive Students and to Limit to Special Ed are also available to further limit the students in the extract file. CAASPP Paper-Pencil Test Assignment File The CAASPP Paper-Pencil Test Assignment option in the CAASPP Export Files screen allows districts to create a file which assigns students to the proper alternate asssessments or special (paper) versions. The data is saved into an Excel spreadsheet provided by CAASPP (California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress). Once populated, this spreadsheet can be imported using TOMS (Test Operations Management System) on the CAASPP site. The CAASPP Paper-Pencil Test Assignment extract allows records to be limited by a selected date, Special Ed (CSE) students only, or students limited by a Keep/Skip query. Inactive students can also be included. Session Page 10

For the Test Administration the default student test assignments in TOMS are: Grades 3 8 and 11 Online Smarter Balanced summative assessments in ELA and Math Grades 5, 8, and selected students in grades 10, 11 or 12 Online CA Science Test (CAST) LEA s will need to indicate which students need to take the California Alternative Assessment (CAA) for ELA, Math and Science, the STS and other Special Versions. They can do this by importing the CAASPP Paper-Pencil Test Assignment file into TOMS or by updating one student at a time in the TOMS system. The Student Test Assignments that students may be given are: California Alternative Assessment (CAA) for ELA and Math gr 3-8, and (TOMS will verify that these students will have an IDEA indicator in CALPADS and a valid primary disability code, or students will have a 504 Plan education program code in CALPADS when the file is imported) STS for RLA grades 2-11 Special Versions of: o Braille grades 2-11 for STS, Smarter Balanced ELA and Math o Large Print grades 2-11 for STS, Smarter Balanced ELA and Math o Spanish version of Smarter Balanced Math grades 2-11 NOTE: Only certain LEA s are approved by CDE to use Braille and Large Print versions of Smarter Balanced tests. Please contact CAASPP for questions on this. NOTE: The Aeries extract does not populate data in Column B (Test Admin) column. Also, the Science CAST students are not part of the Aeries extract since these students are assigned the CAST Science test in TOMS by default. The extract uses the following guidelines when creating the extract: Column C (Alternate CAA for ELA, Math or Science) - includes students in grades 3-8, where the student has an active Special Ed (CSE) record with a disability code and where CSE.PA2 = 30, CSE.PA3 = 30 or CSE.PA4 = 30 Column D (STS for RLA) includes students in grades 2 11 where STU.LF = limited English (as defined by the CALPADS Code Value Translations table), STU.HL = 01 (Spanish), and LAC.USS is less than one year from the selected date Column E o (Braille) includes students in grades 2-11 with a PPT.B record in Test Settings (STS) that is active as of the selected date o (Large Print) includes students in grades 2-11 with a PPT.LP record in Test Settings (STS) that is active as of the selected date o (Spanish for SBAC Math) includes students in grades 2-11 with a PPT.SM record in Test Settings (STS) that is active as of the selected date NOTE: The Aeries extract does not populate data in Column B (Test Admin) column. Print Smarter Balanced Cards The Print Print Smart Balanced Cards (SBAC) CAASPP report is available from View All Reports in both the District and School Aeries Web versions. The report will print out a card for every student. The cards include the students first name and their state student id. An option has been added to also print the Student s Last Name on the cards. NOTE: The report will print out 10 cards per page, each card is 3.5 wide x 2 high. Session Page 11

Please see the Test_Settings_and_Export_Files_for_CAASPP.pdf document for more information on how to manage the Test Settings (STS) data, create the CAASPP Student Accommodations (Test Settings) extract file, create the CAASPP Paper-Pencil Test Assignment extract file, and print the Smarter Balanced Cards. Loading State Test Results Currently the most important test to Districts is the CAASPP (in years prior the STAR test). Since the beginning of the STAR test Aeries always had an import available and all prior record layouts are still available to import prior years. So if you have testing data from several years back Aeries will still load it into the Testing table. Like the Pre-ID forms and tables, the Test Results Forms and tables for importing test scores are all designed to work the same. Import Test Results The Import Test Results screen in the Aeries Web Version will allow users to import state test result data into the Aeries Student Information System. At this time the CAASPP Student Results, the CAASPP Interim Assessment, and the ACT Test Results data can be imported using this screen. As development continues more test result formats will be added. The Import Test Results screen can be found under School Info Imports and Exports. Session Page 12

The Info button at the top of the screen allows users to review recent modifications to the Import Test Results screen or adjustments to file layouts. Test results can be imported either at the district or school level. When importing at the school level, the matching process will only match students that have records in the school that the user is logged into. A message explaining this will display under the Match Students button. The procedures to import test results in the Aeries Web Version are similar to those used in the Aeries Client Version: 1. Select the File Layout for the test scores that will be imported 2. Select the file(s) that contain the test results data 3. Load the test results 4. Match the test results to students 5. Review/update the default Test Date and Administration 6. After all students are matched import the test results by clicking on the Update Test Tables button. NOTE: The CAASPP Student Results, CAASPP Interim Assessment Results and ACT Test results are the only test results data files that can be imported using Aeries Web Version. As development continues on the Import Test Results screen more file layouts will become available. Security The Admin user type automatically has the Import Test Results node in the navigation tree without any additional security setup. All other users and Portal Groups will need to be given access to the test tables in order to see the Import Test Results screen and perform the import. The permissions to these tables are set up in the Security node of the Navigation Menu. Please see the AeriesNet_Security.pdf for more detailed information on how to set up permissions for users and groups. User and Portal Group accounts that will be importing the CAASPP Interim Assessment test results will need full permissions to the Test Scores (TST) and Content Standards Scores (CST) tables. In addition, they will need Mass Update to Test Scores (TST) for the Import Test Results node to appear in the Navigation Menu. User and Portal Group accounts that will be importing the CAASPP Student Results will need full permissions to the Test Scores (TST), Content Standards Scores (CST), Testing Exclusions (TEX), and Authorizations (AUT) tables. In addition, they will need Mass Update to Test Scores (TST) for the Import Test Results node to appear in the Navigation Menu. Session Page 13

User and Portal Group accounts that will be importing the ACT test result file will need full permissions to the College Entrance Test (CTS) table. In addition, they will need Mass Update to Test Scores (TST) for the Import Test Results node to appear in the Navigation Menu. Select and Load CAASPP Test Results On the Import Test Results screen select the CAASPP Test Results - SY: file layout to import the CAASPP Student Results. Districts can download both a text (.dat) file and a caret-delimited (.csv) file from the testing vendor. The Import Test Results screen has been programmed to import only the caret-delimited (.csv) file. If the text (.dat) file is selected to load, a message will appear explaining that files with a.dat extension are not supported. If this message displays, click OK, click on the Select File(s) to Load button, select the file with the.csv extension, and click on Open. Then continue to load and match the records. Click on the Load button to load the test scores into temporary storage. The Default Date for the CAASPP Test Results is the oldest date in the data file. The Testing Administration for the Test Results is SPRG16. The Default Date and Testing Administration will be used to populate the testing date and testing administration for test data records that have blanks in these fields. The Source and Type fields can be used to further identify how the test records were entered into the system. The Source field has several default values (Local Administration, Records Transfer, Testing Vendor, and Unspecified). Additional values can be added to the Source field dropdown and to the Type dropdown in the Update Code Table (COD) screen by filtering for the TST table and SRC or TY fields and entering the desired codes. Session Page 14

NOTE: The Source and Type fields are optional. The Clear Temp Data button can be used to reset the Import Test Results screen. The test results that were loaded will be deleted from temporary storage and all settings will return back to default. Users can leave the Import Test Results screen for another screen in Aeries Web Version and return to the Import Test Results screen without losing the imported records in temporary storage as long as they remain in the same session (i.e., they do not log out of Aeries). Once the user logs out of Aeries, the test results in the temporary table will be deleted. The test records that were loaded into the temporary table are displayed under Review Loaded Records. A summary of the number of records Loaded, Matched and Unmatched is under the list of students. The View Matched Students and View Unmatched Students radio buttons can be used to limit the display of records. Clicking on a Letter button can also be used to limit the display of test records to those where the Last Name begins with that letter. The less than, greater than, and page number can be used to display the remainder of the test records loaded into temporary storage. Match Students After the test results are loaded into temporary storage they must be matched to the students. Click on the Match Students button to display the match options. Test records can be matched to students in the Aeries system using a variety of identifiers (State ID, Permanent ID, or Name and Birth Date). It is important to know what data is available in the test results file so that the best matching options are selected. The Student State ID is the primary identification in the CAASPP Student Results data files. It should be the first method used for matching students. Session Page 15

Options are also available to Verify Birth Date and Verify Name as additional checks to ensure that the test records are matched to the correct student. In the above example the records from the test results will be matched to students in Aeries by the State ID. Once a match on State ID is found the student name in the test record will be checked against the student name in the system as a secondary check to ensure that the test records are matched to the correct student. Some test results may allow for several methods of matching test records to students. Click in the box to the left of the match option to select additional options. The order that the match options are evaluated can be changed by clicking in the up-down arrow box and dragging the option to the appropriate level. In the below example the Last Name, First Name, Birth Date match option was moved to the top of the list. The test records will be matched against the students in Aeries first by name and birthdate, then the match process will attempt to match the remaining records by State ID. Click on the Start Match button to match the test records to the students in Aeries. Once the match process has completed the list of records will be refreshed with the Student ID, School and Student # that the test record was matched to. Any unmatched records will display a zero (0) in these fields. The Matched Records and Unmatched Records counts will also be updated as well as a summary of the number of records and % matched next to the Match Students button. The Edit button to the left of the test record can be used to manually match test records to students that may not have been matched during the match process or that may have been matched to an incorrect student. To manually match a test record to a student, click on the Edit icon for the test record. Click on the Search icon to the right of the Student ID. Enter either the student s last name, first name, permanent ID, or state ID. Click on Enter or the Search button. A list of students will display. Click on the student record that will be matched to the test record. Click on the Close button. Session Page 16

Click on the Save icon to save the changes. NOTE: When importing test records at the school level, the matching process will only match students that have records in the school that the user is logged into. Update Test Tables After all test records have been matched click on the Update Test Tables button to import the test records into Aeries. The CAASPP Student Results import will add/update records to the Test Scores (TST), Content Standards Scores (CST), Testing Exclusions (TEX), and Authorizations (AUT) tables. After the import process has completed an with summary information will be sent to the user that initiated the import. CAASPP Test Results Report The CAASPP Test Results report is a new one page per student report that displays the student s SBAC ELA and Math scaled scores and performance levels. The report is only available in the Aeries Web Version but can be run either at the District level or at the School level. The Testing Control Tables (CSN, CTL and TNP) must be updated with the new Scale Score Ranges prior to running the CAASPP Test Results report. The Client AdminCS (version 8/19/2016 or later) must be run to add the Scales Score ranges into the Aeries database prior to running the CAASPP Test Results report. The CAASPP Test Results report can be found in View All Reports, filter for CAASPP. Click on the CAASPP Test Results report name. The CAASPP Test Results report can only be run for the SPRG16 testing administration forward. Session Page 17

The Use Section Selector option will allow the report to be run for one or more Sections, Periods, Courses, Subject Areas or Departments. Select the Filter By option to bring up the sections that fall within that selection. The Use Student Selector option will bring up a list of students. Use the mouse to select the students to print a report for. The CTRL key or Shift key can be used in conjunction with the mouse click to select more than one student. If no students are selected, then the report will include all students. The Sort by option at the bottom of the page will sort the report by student name, or grade then student name, or Couselor/Teacher# (STU.CU) and then student name. Selecting the Print Graph in Gray option will print the graph portion of the report in grey-scale rather than color. There are fewer options when the CAASPP Test Results report is run at the District level. A KEEP or SKIP query must also be run to limit the output of the report. The Run Report button will remain greyed-out until the KEEP or SKIP query has been run. The report is sorted by student name when run at the district level. Below is an example of the CAASPP Test Results report. Session Page 18

Import Test Results Other Tests The process of importing other test results through the Import Test Results form is similar to how the CAASPP Test Results are imported. The correct file layout must be selected, the file(s) need to be loaded, the students need to be matched and the test tables need to be updated. Below is a summary of the differences in the other imports. Please see the Import Test Results online help for more detailed information. CAASPP Interim Assessments The CAASPP Interim Assessments are comprised of two different types of test. The Interim Comprehensive Assessment (ICA) mirrors the summative assessments in scope and format. ICA tests can be taken up to 3 times in a school year. The Interim Assessment Block (IAB) includes a smaller, focused set of items that measure several assessment targets. IAB tests can be taken many times in a school year. Since these tests can be taken multiple times in the same school year the Testing Administration dates will be in a YYMMDD format, derived from the date the student took the test. CAASPP Interim Assessment results can be a series of many files. The Shift key, CTRL key or CTRL- A keyboard command can be used to select many or all of the files so they can all be processed on the Import Test Results screen at once. The CAASPP Interim Assessment test results do not include the students Perm ID, Student Number or Birth Date. This is important to note when matching records as these would not be good Match Options to select ACT Test Results The Import Test Results screen has been programmed to import only the fixed length (.txt) ACT file. The Testing Administration for the Test Results will display The Student Name and birthday is usually the primary identification in the ACT Test Results data files. It should be the first method used for matching students. The ACT Test Results import will add/update records to the College Entrance Test (CTS), table. Session Page 19

Importing Fixed Length Files (CELDT) The CELDT test results can be imported using the Import Fixed Length Files form in the Aeries Client Version. If the record layout to be imported does not display in the drop down click the Import New Record Layout button and select the layout from the list. If the list does not have the layout, click the mouse on the Info button for current information. The Aeries version updates will also display the release of new imports. If still in doubt, call Aeries support. Please see the Import_Fixed_Length_Files.pdf document for more information on how to import CELDT Test Results. Session Page 20
