3 Design Application Variations HORIZONTAL - FLUSH LEFT AND The Logo The Parker and Associates logo can be formatted vertically or horizontally to best utilize the space reserved for it in any design application. There are 3 acceptable variations illustrated on this page. They all use common, distinct design components and must be used in the eact proportions shown. VERTICAL - CENTERED HORIZONTAL - CENTERED It is essential that all design components be used eactly as illustrated for all reproduction formats (with the eception of garment embroidery application, which is described separately). 4 Anatomy HORIZONTAL - FLUSH LEFT AND The Logo The logo has two distinct parts; the main logomark and the Wordmark, which includes the small tet that indicates its provenance: (). The size relationship between the Logomark and the Wordmark must not be altered when the Logo is resized. It is essential that both components be used eactly as illustrated for all reproduction formats with the eception of garment embroidery application. The provenance tet may be omitted for the embroidery format only. I.T.S. Inc. Provenance The legal tet: provenance should appear as part of the logo on all printed corporate materials (e.g. business cards, letterhead, fa cover sheet, etc.) and any internet application. The only eception to this rule is embroidery use where it may be omitted. It should appear proportionately as illustrated and aligned underneath the Wordmark as shown. To maintain the identity s integrity, it should not be scaled smaller than the recommended minimum sizes. 11 P-A Initials LOGOMARK Logo variation: P-A Initials This logo variation (P-A initials) is to be used sparingly. It is generally applicable for use where space and reproduction legibility are an issue. (Certain embroidery applications for eample). Parker and Associates logo guidelines 11

12 P-A Initials - Clear Space The P-A Initials logo always needs a minimum amount of surrounding clear space to maintain its integrity. Used as a secondary face to compliment Myriad, Myriad Condensed should be used for short amounts of copy, like headlines and captions, to add variation and interest in the design, breaking up the monotony of just one typeface.
