4 Chapter 1. Gridow Basic Requirement 1.1 Software Release Version. Operations described in this document refer to software released on 2015/11/ Requirements for Service Environment Presenters should operate under the following circumstances. The minimum bandwidth required for producing normal quality content in Presenter site is 1Mbps in upstream. 6 1.4 Production Process This software provides four ways to make programs, it depends on different requirements under different operating modes. 7 Chapter 2. Create a Live Program 2.1 Log-In Please visit Subsite name Input "Username"," Password" And click Login 2.2 Create a Live Program Click Start a Live Broadcasting" 4 GES_Presenter_Manual_EN_G _v1.6.docx

9 2.4 Register Viewer As the live program being created, you can add authorized viewer through register the user or group Or simply switch the program to Guest invitation mode and the guest link will be automatically generated. Document operation area Video display area Recording function operation Chat area Video and audio settings 2.6 Finished Broadcasting Close the encoder and click the Section button to continue the further setting of the program. 11 2.7 Export to On-Demand Program. Having finished the live broadcasting you can start checking and editing the recording. Delete the unwanted part of the video from the list and place the correct sessions in proper order. Click "Export to On-demand" button, and the live program will be turned into on-demand program. 14 3.5 Finished Recording an On-Demand Program Close the encoder and click the Section button to continue the further setting of the program. 3.6 Publicize an On-Demand Program Select Available option and the program will be on the playlist Upload program Logo, program background (support.gif.jpg.png format and the file size cannot exceed4mb. 18 4.4 Save files 1. Add videos, presentations, links and preset questionnaires. All files will be saved in the File Area for later editing. 2. Drag and drop files onto the timeline and arrange them. 3. Click Play to review the newly edited video. 4. 22 5.4 Upload to On-Demand Program Having finished the offline recording and save it as GDWX file. You can upload and create an on-demand program when you are able to connect to network.
