4 About PostDeko for Editors PostDeko for Editors is a AVX plug-i that lets you isert Deko graphics ito a Avid editig applicatio Timelie, edit the graphics i PostDeko for Editors if you wat, ad the reder the graphics ito the video. See Graphics Productio Mode o page 14. I PostDeko for Editors versio 8.4, there is ew fuctioality available to allow you to itegrate Deko Select graphics ito your timelies. PostDeko for Editors is supported o the followig editig applicatio versios o Widows systems oly: Avid NewsCutter versio 7.0 ad later I order to use News Graphics Itegratio mode, Avid NewsCutter Versio 9.5 or later is required. Avid Media Composer versio 3.0 ad later Avid Symphoy Nitris or Symphoy Nitris DX versio 3.0 ad later Istallig PostDeko for Editors You must isert your applicatio key ito a USB port before you istall the PostDeko for Editors software. IMPORTANT: If you are upgradig from PostDeko for Editors v8.2, you should first uistall that versio. Otherwise, you will ed up with multiple programs listed i the Cotrol Pael/Add or Remove Programs. To istall PostDeko for Editors: 1. Log i as Admiistrator o your Avid editig applicatio system. 2. Ru the the PostDeko for Editors istaller o the PostDeko for Editors CD ad follow the istallatio prompts util you are asked if you wat to restart your system, ad the click Yes. 3. Follow the istallatio prompts. 4

5 User Documetatio 4. If you wat to use News Graphics Itegratio mode or News Template Fulfillmet mode, do the followig:. a. Istall Deko Select Cliet versio 3.13 or later o your Editor machie. Deko Select v3.13 ca be foud o the Avid Dowload Ceter. b. Upgrade your DekoMOS Gateway to versio 3.13 or later. News Graphics Itegratio mode is oly available o Avid NewsCutter, versio 9.5 or later. Istallig Fots A CD cotaiig a library of approximately 500 TrueType fots might be provided separately with your Deko system. To istall the fots, isert the Deko Fots CD i your drive ad follow the istructios. The PostDeko for Editors software licese grats you the right to use these fots oly o your PostDeko for Editors system. PostDeko for Editors also supports OpeType (.otf) ad PostScript T1 fots. 5

6 Eablig PostDeko for Editors PostDeko for Editors requires you to use oe of the followig methods for eablig your system: The applicatio key (dogle) for your Avid editig system. It will get the PostDeko for Editors Rev2 optio added to it. This ivolves obtaiig a updater file ad updatig the applicatio key for PostDeko for Editors. This would be set to you if you are doig a sigle user licese ad your Avid Editor uses software licesig rather tha a dogle. Usig the Multi-User Floatig Licese If you use the multi-user floatig licese, you eed to istall ad cofigure the NetHASP licese maager ad associated files, ad the verify your licese. You ca also add more liceses to a existig NetHASP applicatio key; see the Customer letter that came with the additioal liceses optio. The system eeds to be o the same etwork as ad accessible by your editig applicatio system that has the PostDeko for Editors plug-i istalled o it. To istall ad cofigure the HASP Licese Maager: 1. Select a system that you ca leave ruig at all times (the server) ad determie the system s ame. 2. Isert the PostDeko for Editors applicatio key (dogle) i a available USB slot. 6

7 Usig the Multi-User Floatig Licese 3. Isert the PostDeko for Editors CD-ROM. 4. Copy the NetHASP folder to the top level of the server s C: drive. 5. Determie whether your licese server is ruig Widows 7. t If your licese server is ruig Widows 7, go to Step 6. t If your licese server is ot ruig Widows 7, go to Step (Optioal) If your licese server is ruig Widows 7, you must chage the HASP Licese Maager properties as follows: a. Right-click the file i Widows Explorer. b. I the file meu, click Properties. The lmsetup.exe Properties dialog box opes. c. Click the Compatibility tab. d. I the Compatibility mode area, select Ru this program i compatibility mode for; the select Widows Vista (Service Pack 2) from the list. e. I the Privilege Level area, select Ru this program as a admiistrator. The lmsetup.exe Properties dialog box should ow appear as follows: 7

8 f. Click OK to close the lmsetup.exe dialog box. 7. Navigate to C:\NetHASP\HASP_LM_SETUP ad double-click lmsetup.exe. The HASP Licese Maager Istallatio Welcome dialog box opes. 8. Click Next. The Ed User Licese Agreemet dialog box opes. 9. Read the agreemet, click I accept the licese agreemet ad the click Istall. The Istallatio Type dialog box opes. You are asked if you wat to istall HASP Licese Maager as a applicatio or as a service. 10. Select Service, ad the click Next. The Choose Destiatio Locatio dialog box opes. 11. Select a locatio or accept the default locatio, ad the click Next. 12. Accept the defaults util the istallatio fiishes. The HASP Licese Maager dialog box opes. 13. Click Yes, ad the click Fiish. You are ow ready to istall ad cofigure the NetHASP.ii file. Istallig ad Cofigurig the NetHASP.ii File To istall ad cofigure the NetHASP.ii file o the server: 1. O your server, avigate to C:\NetHASP\NetHASP.ii. 2. Ope NetHASP.ii with Notepad. 8

9 Usig the Multi-User Floatig Licese 3. O the followig lie, NH_SERVER_ADDR=DEKO2-GWY, chage DEKO2-GWY to the ame of your server. 4. Save the text file as NetHASP.ii i the same locatio. To eable the NetHASP licese o each editig applicatio system: 1. Copy the server copy of NetHASP.ii. 2. O each editig applicatio system that has PostDeko for Editors istalled o it, paste the NetHASP.ii file ito C:\PostDekoEdit\Bi. If you do ot copy the NetHASP.ii file, you ca still eable the NetHASP licese. See If Your Licese Autheticatio Fails o page 10. Verifyig the Multi-User Floatig Licese To verify PostDeko for Editors liceses: 1. O the server system, avigate to C:\NetHASP\dekohasputil.exe ad double-click it. The Deko HASP Utility dialog box opes. 2. Make sure PostDeko for Editors is selected. 3. Cofirm that the umber of Eabled Cliets is the umber you expect to see. 4. Click OK. 5. (Optio) Create a shortcut to dekohasputil.exe o the desktop for future use. 9

10 If Your Licese Autheticatio Fails Whe PostDeko for Editors starts, if you have ot set up your NetHASP licese correctly, the PostDeko for Editors Licese Autheticatio dialog box opes. To autheticate your licese i a multi-user floatig-licese eviromet: 1. Type oe of the followig: t The ame of your licese server t The IP address of your licese server 2. Click OK. The NetHASP.ii file is created for you. To autheticate your licese i a sigle-user eviromet: t See the registratio pack that came with your PostDeko for Editors applicatio. Showig Widows File Name Extesios For the PostDeko for Editors File Ope dialog box to operate correctly, you eed to show Widows file ame extesios o the Deko system. To show folder extesios: 1. Ope Widows Explorer. 2. Select Tools > Folder Optios. 3. Click the View tab ad make sure the settig Hide extesios for kow file types is deselected. 4. Click OK. 10

11 Hidig the Widows Taskbar Hidig the Widows Taskbar If your system s desktop resolutio is set to 1024x786 or lower, you eed to set the Widows taskbar to be hidde for PostDeko for Editors to operate correctly. To hide the Widows Taskbar: 1. Right-click the taskbar ad select Properties. The Taskbar ad Start Meu Properties dialog box opes. 2. I the Taskbar tab, select Auto-Hide the taskbar ad the click OK. The taskbar disappears. 3. To display the taskbar temporarily, place your mouse over the bottom of your moitor util the taskbar reappears. For more iformatio about the taskbar, see your Widows Help. Video Stadards PostDeko for Editors supports most of the video stadards supported by Avid editig applicatios. For details, see the appropriate editig applicatio documetatio. How PostDeko for Editors Differs from PostDeko The user iterface for PostDeko for Editors differs from PostDeko i the followig ways: There are meu fuctios i PostDeko for Editors for savig ad restorig path prefereces. They are: - File > Save Path Prefereces - File > Restore Path Prefereces You see a sigle Graphic widow istead of Program ad Preview widows. The Chael meu is ot preset. The F3 ad F10 keys are disabled because they eabled switchig betwee the widows that are ot preset. The Sequecer widow is ot available. The followig playback effects are ot available i PostDeko for Editors: - Associated - Clear 11

12 - Slide - Slideoff The Effect Playback layout ad the Motio Compose layout have Graphic ad Output views istead of Preview ad Program views. The Color Bars optio ad the Show Key Output optio are i the Layer meu. PostDeko for Editors features meu ad butto optios ot part of PostDeko, icludig the followig: - For fiishig a edit, the Fiish Edit butto, the F12 key fuctio, ad the File meu optio Fiish Edit of Graphic ad Retur to Avid Editor, which save the graphic, save it to the Timelie, ad retur to the editig applicatio. I PostDeko, pressig F12 merely saves the file. - For cacellig a edit, the Cacel butto, the F11 key fuctio, ad the File meu optio Cacel Edit of Graphic ad Retur to Avid Editor, which cacel your chages ad retur to the editig applicatio. I PostDeko, pressig F11 takes you to the Sequece layout. How PostDeko for Editors Opes Cosider the followig about how PostDeko for Editors opes: If your Timelie cotais a uredered Deko effect ad you click i the Timelie, PostDeko for Editors opes. If your Timelie cotais a redered Deko effect, PostDeko for Editors does ot ope whe you click i the Timelie. Whe you click the Edit butto i the Effect editor, as described i Step 9 i Addig Deko Graphics ito a Avid editor s Timelie o page 14, PostDeko for Editors always opes. 12

13 Three Modes of Operatio with PostDeko for Editors Three Modes of Operatio with PostDeko for Editors With versio 8.4, there will ow be three modes of operatio (two ew oes) for use with PostDeko for Editors. These modes ca be selected from the Effect Editor palette i your Avid editor. Each mode is described below: Graphics Productio: The Graphics Productio mode is the oly mode that was supported i previous versios of Post Deko for Editors. I this mode, graphics are created ad edited usig the full set of Deko tools, placed o the timelie, ad composited whe rederig the timelie. For more iformatio, see Graphics Productio Mode o page 14. News Graphics Itegratio: (New) The News Graphics Itegratio mode ca be used oly i versio 9.5 or later of Avid NewsCutter, i associatio with Avid inews. I News Graphics Itegratio mode, you associate a editor sequece with a inews story usig the NewsCutter NRCS Tool. You ca the edit Deko Select graphics that are i the inews story through a Deko Select template browser that is itegrated ito the PostDeko for Editors plugi. The placemet of the graphics o the timelie will get traslated ito I, Out ad Duratio times i inews. Whe you are doe editig the graphics, use the PostDeko for Editors plugi to Publish all graphics to inews the updated set of graphics for the inews story. I News Graphics Itegratio mode, you oly see a represetative frame o the timelie, as opposed to the other modes, where the associated motio, clips, CAP shaders, etc. are played out o the timelie. Whe you perform a Sed to Playback from NewsCutter, the graphics are ot composited ito the clip, sice they will be played back o a Deko through Avid inews Commad. For more iformatio, see News Graphics Itegratio Mode o page 25. News Template Fulfillmet: (New) The News Template Fulfillmet mode combies features of the above two modes. It ca be used o either NewsCutter, Media Composer, or Symphoy Nitris (Nitris DX). I News Template Fulfillmet mode, you place Deko graphics oto the Editor timelie by usig the Deko Select browser to select the graphics from the DekoMOS Gateway ad type i replacemet data. This mode is ot coected to inews. The Deko graphic is redered to the timelie, just as i the origial Graphics Productio mode. Both Graphics Productio ad News Template Fulfillmet modes of the PostDeko for Editors plugi ca be put oto the same Editor 13

14 timelie. You caot expect guarateed real-time video output whe playig or scrubbig the timelie ad you should ot attempt to play the timelie with associated Deko effects live-to-air or to a capture device. This plug-i is reserved for real-time Preview oly. For more iformatio, see Usig the News Template Fulfillmet Mode o page 35. Graphics Productio Mode PostDeko for Editors lets you isert a Deko graphic ito a Avid Media Composer, Avid NewsCutter, or Avid Symphoy Nitris (or Nitris DX) Timelie ad edit the graphic i PostDeko for Editors from withi the editig applicatio. You ca isert still graphics or motio graphics. I the Graphics Productio mode, graphics are created ad edited usig the full set of Deko tools, placed o the timelie, ad composited whe rederig the timelie. For more iformatio, see Graphics Productio Mode o page 14 PostDeko for Editors does ot support Deko effects ad motios betwee cotiguous graphics o the timelie; that is, each graphic goes off before the ext graphic comes o. Addig Deko Graphics ito a Avid editor s Timelie To add Deko graphics ito a Avid editor s Timelie: 1. I the Avid editig applicatio, ope a sequece. For iformatio about usig the editig applicatio, see the Help that comes with the applicatio. 2. I the Timelie, create a ew video track by pressig Ctrl+Y. Avid recommeds that you deselect all other tracks. 3. Positio your cursor at the locatio where you wat to have the graphic first appear i the sequece ad click the Add Edit butto or press the H key. You have to use the Add Edit butto; do t use the Mark IN butto. 14

15 Three Modes of Operatio with PostDeko for Editors 4. Drag the cursor to the locatio where you wat the graphic to stop playig ad click Add Edit agai. You have to use the Add Edit butto; do t use the Mark IN butto. 5. Positio the cursor aywhere betwee where the graphic starts ad where the graphic stops. 6. Select Tools > Effect Palette. The Effect Palette opes. 7. Select Deko i the left pae of the box, ad the drag the PostDeko ico from the right pae ito the area you created i the ew video track of your sequece. The effect appears with a dot, which idicates that it eeds to be redered. For more iformatio, see the Avid Advaced Effects Guide. 15

16 8. Place the blue positio idicator i betwee your Add Edit poits, ad select Tools > Effect Editor. The Effect Editor opes. 9. Make sure Graphics Productio is selected from the meu, ad click the Edit butto. 16

If you had t saved a graphic, PostDeko for Editors opes, ad you ca ope, create, or import a graphic. For more iformatio, see the Avid Deko Products User s Guide or the Help. 10. (Optio) Edit the graphic i PostDeko for Editors. Whe you edit a graphic i PostDeko for Editors, a frame from the Avid editig applicatio Timelie appears i the backgroud of the Graphic widow. It is the curret frame from the Timelie at the time you started editig. For more iformatio, see the Avid Deko Products User s Guide or the Help. 11. If you are addig or creatig a motio or effect graphic, see Isertig Graphics with Liked Motios or Effects o page

To save the graphic, save it to the Timelie, ad retur to the editig applicatio, do oe of the followig: t Click the Fiish Edit butto. t Press F12. t Select File > Fiish Edit of Graphic ad Retur to Avid Editor. The Save Graphic As dialog box opes. You ca avoid havig the Save As dialog box ope by savig the graphic before you select a Fiish Edit optio. 13. Select optios ad the click Save. 14. (Optio) To cacel your chages ad retur to the editig applicatio, do oe of the followig: t Click the Cacel butto. t Press F11. t Select File > Cacel Edit of Graphic ad Retur to Avid Editor. 15. Reder the Deko graphics i the editig applicatio. 16. (Optio) To save the graphic ad stay i PostDeko for Editors, do the followig: a. Select Save Graphic As. The Save Graphic As dialog box opes. b. Select optios ad the click Save. Do ot go back ad forth from the editig applicatio ad PostDeko for Editors via the tabs o the Widows Taskbar. 18

19 Three Modes of Operatio with PostDeko for Editors Usig the Look Browser I PostDeko for Editors, you ca select a style from dozes of pre-redered looks i the Look Browser. To use the Look Browser: 1. Select View > Look Browser. The Look Browser opes. 2. Select a look ad the click OK. 19

20 Likig ad Ulikig Effects ad Motios to Graphics I PostDeko for Editors, you ca easily associate a effect or a motio with a graphic. To lik effects ad motios: 1. Click i the effect playback widow or the motio editor. 2. Select oe of the followig: t File > Lik Effect Playback to Graphic. t File > Lik Motio to Graphic. The effect or motio is liked to the graphic. To ulik a effect or motio from a graphic: t Select File > Ulik Efx/Motio from Graphic. The effect or motio is uliked from the graphic. Isertig Graphics with Liked Motios or Effects Whe you isert motio or effect graphics, do the followig: 1. (Optio) I the Avid editig applicatio Effect Editor, select oe of the followig duratio optios: t To preserve the duratio of the motio or effect graphic, select Use Deko motio s duratio. 20

21 Three Modes of Operatio with PostDeko for Editors t To scale the graphic to the duratio of the marked portio of the Timelie, select Use Timelie duratio for motio. Scalig might be most effectively used with rollig ad crawlig titles. t To select a custom duratio, select Override motio duratio ad the use the sliders to select the duratio i secods ad frames. The slider rage is from 0 to the legth of the marked area i the Timelie. The rage of frames is appropriate for the video stadard, for example, 0-24 for PAL, 0-29 for NTSC. 21

22 Opeig Sequeces Whe you create a PostDeko graphic, you ca edit it oly o the machie o which you created it. The graphic is stored locally util you reder it. If you move sequeces betwee Avid editig systems, cosider the followig whe you ope a uredered or a redered sequece o a system o which it was ot created. Redered PostDeko for Editors Istalled Behavior o system other tha where the graphic was created No Yes Sequece opes. PostDeko graphic is ot available or editable. PostDeko effect ico shows a blue dot. If you try to edit the graphic, PostDeko for Editors prompts you to browse for the file, which it will ot be able to fid. If you try to edit the graphic, PostDeko for Editors prompts you to browse for the file, which it will ot be able to fid. 23 Three Modes of Operatio with PostDeko for Editors Fadig Deko Graphics You ca use the Fade Out ad Fade I optios i the Effect Editor to fade off a Deko graphic at the ed of the marked area of the Timelie or fade ito a Deko graphic at the start of the marked area. You ca also chage the fade legth ad opacity. To fade out of a graphic at the ed of the marked area of the Timelie t Select Fade Out Deko graphic i the Effect Editor. The optio is deselected by default. A Fade Out of.5 secods appears at the ed of the marked portio of the Timelie. You ca add additioal keyframes to create multiple fades. To chage the Fade-Out legth: 1. Select the ext-to-last keyframe i the Opacity parameter i the Effect Editor. 2. Press the Alt key ad drag the keyframe to the legth you wat. 23

24 To fade ito a graphic at the begiig of the marked area of the Timelie: 1. Select Fade I Deko graphic i the Effect Editor. The optio is deselected by default. A Fade I of.5 secods appears at the begiig of the marked portio of the Timelie. To chage the Fade-I legth: 1. Select the secod keyframe i the Opacity parameter i the Effect Editor. 2. Press the Alt key ad drag the keyframe to the legth you wat. To chage the opacity value of a keyframe: 1. Select the keyframe you wat to modify. 2. Click the Opacity slider ad drag it to the value you wat, from 0 to

25 Three Modes of Operatio with PostDeko for Editors News Graphics Itegratio Mode The PostDeko for Editors supports the News Graphics Itegratio workflow, which is available o Avid NewsCutter v9.5 or later systems itegrated with the Avid Iterplay or stadaloe Trasfer Maager optio. Selectig this mode eables you to add Deko graphics to NewsCutter sequeces. Deko Select v 3.13 is required for this mode, ad ca be foud o the Avid Dowload Ceter. News Graphics Itegratio mode is ot curretly supported i 720p/50 ad 720p/59.94 video stadards. Due to a curret limitatio i Commad, time codes with a frame field value over 29 will be rejected ad will ot appear correctly i the Commad rudow. Oce you istall the PostDeko for Editors plug-i to your NewsCutter system, you have the ability to select graphics with replaceable text boxes for your sequece i the DekoMOS Browser. Whe a graphic is selected ad loaded, the Editor opes, allowig you to type text or browse to stills ad clips to fill the replaceable text boxes. You ca browse for the graphics you wat to use, ad the simply double-click or drag ad drop the selected graphic ito the DekoMOS Browser's Preview widow to fill the replaceable image text boxes of your templates. To set up your inews eviromet: 1. O your Avid inews machie, lauch inews. 2. Select Tools > Plugis > DekoSelect. 3. Create a ew story, or ope a existig story that icludes Deko graphics ad publish it to the inews server. For more iformatio, see the inews documetatio. 4. Add a template from Deko Select to the story. 5. O your NewsCutter machie, lauch NewsCutter. 6. Setup the NRCS tool by selectig Settigs > NRCS. 25

To isert a NRCS graphic ito a sequece: 1. Lauch NewsCutter. 2. Ope a project. 3. Select Tools > NRCS Tool. The NRCS Tool dialog box opes. 4. Click Coect. The inews Logi dialog box opes. 5. The story appears i the bi ad the timelie. t To lik a existig timelie to a inews story, do the followig: - Select the story i the NRCS tool. - Ope the NewsCutter bi that cotais the sequece you are lookig for. - Right-click the sequece, ad select Associate with curret NRCS Story. The story appears i the timelie. Deko graphics ca be iserted directly ito the body of a sequece. 8. Create a ew video track by pressig Ctrl+Y. Avid recommeds that you deselect all other tracks. 9. Positio your cursor at the locatio where you wat to have the graphic first appear i the sequece ad click the Add Edit butto or press the H key. You have to use Add Edit; do ot use the Mark IN butto. 27

28 10. Drag the cursor to the locatio where you wat the graphic to stop playig ad click Add Edit agai. You have to use Add Edit; do ot use the Mark OUT butto. 11. Positio the cursor aywhere betwee where the graphic starts ad where the graphic stops. I other words, click o the Filler. You will be i Effects Mode. Whe makig cuts i the timelie, graphics should be at least 1 secod apart i News Graphics Itegratio mode. Otherwise there will ot be eough time for them to be ready for playback o the Deko. Whe makig cuts i the timelie, frame accuracy for playback o the Deko is ot guarateed. This is a limitatio havig to do with Commad ad Deko itself. 12. Select Tools > Effect Palette. The Effect Palette opes. 13. Select Deko i the left pae of the box, ad the drag the PostDeko for Editors ico from the right pae ito the area you created i the ew video track of your sequece. 28

Select the chael to which you will sed the graphic. 21. (Optio) Click the Spell Check butto to check spellig of text i the replaceable fields. If I-lie spellig is eabled, the Deko Select Browser uderlies spellig errors as the user types i the fields. The uderlie does ot appear i the graphic output. 22. Whe you are fiished editig, click OK. The dialog box closes ad the graphic appears over the video i the locatio of the story that you had selected for it to appear. You caot drag ad drop the graphic ito the sequece. 23. (Optio) Scrub the Timelie to see the graphic play i the story. 24. Repeat this procedure for all graphics you wat to add to the story. Oce you are doe, you ca publish the graphics to inews. You ca also delete published graphics. Do ot publish graphics to inews util you are fiished workig with your graphics. After you click the Publish all graphics to inews butto, ay chages you made i the NRCS are overwritte. 32

The Effect Editor dialog box opes. 2. Click the Publish all graphics to inews butto. A dialog box opes askig if you wat to publish to the story ad rudow you previously selected. This actio overwrites all previous publishig. 33

34 3. Do oe of the followig: t Click OK to publish to the story ad rudow you already selected. t Click Cacel to select a ew story or rudow. A cofirmatio dialog box opes statig that the story was published to inews. 4. Select Trasfer > Sed to Playback, ad select the server you wat to sed it to. The Sed to Playback dialog box opes. 5. Click OK to sed the sequece to Playback server. The sequece is redered, ad set to the inews server so that inews is aware of the timig of the graphics i the story. 6. To check your results, go to your inews Commad or inews cliet, ad check to see if the titles have bee published. Now, you ca make chages i inews ad they will appear i inews Commad. To delete published data: 1. Select Tools > Effect Editor, ad click the Delete all graphics from inews butto. You will get a warig message. 2. Click OK to delete all graphics from inews, or click Cacel to cacel. The Delete Published Data from inews dialog box opes. 3. Select the story or stories you wat to delete from ay rudow, ad click OK. All Deko Select items are deleted from the story, but remai o the Timelie. 34

I the News Template Fulfillmet mode, you are ot coected to inews. News Template Fulfillmet mode ca be used o either NewsCutter, Media Composer, or Symphoy Nitris (Nitris DX) editors. I this mode, you place Deko graphics oto the Editor timelie by usig the Deko Select browser to select the graphics from the DekoMOS Gateway ad type i replacemet data. Deko Select v 3.13 is required for this mode, ad ca be foud o the Avid Dowload Ceter. If your Deko graphics refer to Deko Clips, you must have o your machie a Deko Clips database ad ay clips referred to by the graphics. To set up a Clips database, ope Deko ad go to Clip view. Usig the News Template Fulfillmet Mode This topic describes the workflow for usig the News Template Fulfillmet mode to isert graphics oto the timelie. If your graphics use motios, you must set up the Motio directory i the DekoMOS Gateway. DekoMos Gateway versio 3.13 or greater is required. To do so, click the Cofiguratio butto. I the DekoMOS Gateway Cofiguratio widow, select Cliet Styles > Motio folder. To use the NewsTemplate Fulfillmet Mode: 1. Create a ew timelie i NewsCutter. 2. Use the DekoSelect Browser plug-i to to select the graphics from the DekoMOS Gateway ad type i replacemet data, ad isert the graphics to the sequece. 35
