1 USER MANUAL for Uploading MSME Certificates in BEL website Note: 1. This Registration is applicable only for Indian Suppliers 2. Login ID is your Vendor Code in BEL 3. Initial Password is same as the vendor code 4. If you are logging in first time, you can put any password. Kindly remember it 5. MSMSE vendors are requested to register before 31st-Oct You can login and save the entries and again re-login and submit scanned document proofs for Registration, SC/ST certificate if any, etc 7. You have to upload the scanned copy of MSME registration only 8. Only Registration Certificate from DIC having 12 digit Entrepreneurs Number to be uploaded 9. Ensure that Uploaded File sizes are less than 2 MB. File types allowed are pdf, jpg, doc, xls, docx,xls, ppt, pptx 10. No restrictions on number of files that can be uploaded 11. Just giving declaration letter without copy of registration will be rejected A. Prepare soft Copy of your MSME certificates, etc 1. Keep a soft copy of your MSME certificate Part-II. You may create a soft copy by Scanning the certificate. It can be of PDF, doc, xls, jpg, png or any such image formats and pdf formats and word/excel formats 2. Ensure that the file size is less than 2 MB each 3. In case, the file sizes are higher, rescan with lower resolution (150 dpi or 200 dpi) or use any compression software (such as image converters / compressors or pdf compressors). Example: 4. File size can also be reduced by making seperate files for each page, instead of entire document in a single file 5. Also, you can similarly make soft copy of SC/ST certificate of the owner, if applicable to you. B. Note down your MSME number 6. From your certificate, note down a) your Registration number (Enterprenuers Memorandum Number) b) Date of Registration (Date of Issue) c) Vendor Account Group (Category of Enterprise) 7. Also, Keep ready data such as your name, , phone number, mobile, company name, Company address, City, Country,etc. If you do not have information, you can consult your seniors in your office. 8. Please know your Vendor code in BEL. If you do not know your Vendor code, please refer the earlier correspondence, Purchase orders, enquiries from BEL to you. In those documents, vendor code will be mentioned 9. Vendor code is at present 6 digit alpha-numeric, consisting of First digit as Alphabet, Second is either a alphabet (for Indian vendors) and number 0 (for foreign vendors). The rest are 4 digit numeric C. Procedure of Uploading 10. Open website and click on Click on Vendor info

2 11. Or Open website and click on Payment/Registration 12. Click on MSME Registration. 13. Enter your vendor code and password. Please note that whatever you enter for the first time, will be stored as your new password. Again when you are logging in, you have to type the same password which you typed in the first instance. Click on Enter

You will get welcome screen, it will prompt you to select radio button for Are you a MSME Vendor Yes / No. Click appropriately and click on radio button after Yes if you are a MSME Or click on radio button No, if you are not an MSME, Then click on Proceed button 15. If you have already entered once, the screen will be like this, instead of shown at above screen The details will be shown, which you have already filled up in earlier screen. You can click on Proceed 16. In the subpage 1, You can enter a) your Registration no. (ieenterprenuers Memorandum Number) b) Dated (Date of Issue) You can select date from the icon.

4 17. c) Vendor Account Group (Category of Enterprise) Such as 1-> Micro, 2->Small, 3->Medium, or you can select Non-MSME if you are not an MSME and your are distributor/large scale industry or foriegn company, etc 18. d) Propreiter/ Owner Category Here you can select OT-> if not applicable. If the owner or Propreiter belongs to Indian Scheduled caste / schedule tribe, then S-> can be selected. Please attach necessary certificate as proof in sub-page 4 Similarly if owner is OBC also, you may select OB If owner is Physially handicapped, then it also can be indicated 19. e) Owners Gender may be selected as Male/Female or select Company for larger companies. Generally for Micro and Small enterprises Male/Female is selected to indicate the Owners gender of the persons name indicated in your certificate

You can click on Subpage 2 or Next button In SubPage-2 Enter the contact persons name, and mobile number Your companys Address, The city / place of your company and the Country (example : India) and the companys phone number may be filled up. And press button 3 or Next button 21. In SubPage-3 The documents which you have already uploaded will be listed You may click on the link (filename) and it will show the contents. You can click Back button to come back from view. You may select the documents, which you dont want or remove by clicking the box before respective Delete buttons. 22. If you have not already uploaded your documents, you may do so, by clicking on button 4 or Next In SubPage-4 You can click on Browse button or Choose File buttonand select the file from your computer/usb/etc. System allows you to select 2 files at a time

6 23. Click on Save if you dont have all the information. You will information as shown 24. You can click on Back and click on buttons 1,2,3,4, Previous, Next to goto respective subpages and enter / update information 25. You can click on Submit button, once you are satisfied with details you entered It will show errors, for the erroneous entries made by you, or if attachments are not made. You can note down the errors and correct them by clicking Back and click on buttons 1,2,3,4, Previous, Next to goto respective subpages and enter / update information 26. If all details are correct, then message will come as Thanks for Registering You can close the browser.

7 27. After some time, you can login again and enter your vendorcode/password and enter into the website. The details entered by you will be shown. The status of your Registration will be shown If you have only saved, it will show as You are still processing your data Kindly, proceed and update / upload details and Press Submit to complete If you have submitted and we have not yet approved, it will be as follows Your Registration is under Process at our end. Kindly, visit again later, for updated status 28. Or Industrial promption unit of Corporate office, will review your registrations done periodically and will Approve your entered information, based on information entered by you. If your details are Rejected, then it will shown as example in the screen beside. Example: Your Registration is not approved. Remarks : Please provide details and certificate from DIC Then, you can click on Proceed and carryout corrections / provide data as per our suggestion and click on Submit. 29. If your Registration is Approved, message will come as follows, when you login with your vendorcode/password and check status We are Glad to inform you that the data you have entered has been approved. 30.
