2 What is Silver Membership? The Company Golf Bogliaco S.r.l. is the owner of Golf Bogliaco and it manages the course and all structures and facilities. Members of circles other than Golf Bogliaco and Altogarda, if in possession of FIG card or other international federation, can subscribe to Golf Bogliaco S.r.l. with one of the Silver Membership formulas. Likewise, members of Altogarda that in 2018 have chosen the Silver formula, can renew their subscription choosing one proposal of the Silver Membership. Differently, new members can subscribe only with a Gold Membership. 2

7 GENERAL CONDITIONS Terms and Conditions Member Card is personal. Memberships and services are valid from 01/01/2019 to 31/12/2019. There is no possibility to switch from one Formula to another Formula during the year. Though the Direction may evaluate the request. It is mandatory to show the Member Card to subscribe. The first membership of 9/18 holes courses must be a full membership (ordinary or weekdays). There are no special conditions for people that has been Golf Bogliaco member in the previous 5 years (except particular cases). Notes: Clients without F.I.G. card or international federation as well as aggregate association or virtual courses (es: Mia, Tourist, Club Italia), or members of non approved courses are not allowed to become Golf Bogliaco Member. Discounts and facilitations are applied only if the payment is done by the member. They cannot be cumulated with other promotions and they are not valid for online shop. If there are more advantageous promotions, it will always be applied the most convenient one. Discount percentages must be calculated on the pricelist (vat included) that may vary during the year. 9 MEMBERSHIP FORM Information on personal data processing Dear Mr/ Mrs, the data processor, identified as Golf Bogliaco S.r.l. via del Golf, Toscolano Maderno (Brescia), provides the following information: Purpose of personal data processing, legal basis and storage period Your data will be processed for the purpose of allowing Golf Bogliaco S.r.l. to manage the subscription process relating to the use of sport facilities of the property and to any concerning objectives both pertaining to administrative and accounting management profiles and to the required insurance coverage. The processing of your personal data for the purpose of managing the use of sport facilities shall be carried out with computerized and manual methods, following logical and compatible criteria which shall be functional for the purpose of data collection itself, in compliance with the rules of privacy and security provided by the law and by internal guidelines. The legal basis justifying the data processing shall be found in the process of executing a contract in which you take part or in the process of executing pre-agreement measures following your request. Your personal data provision for the above mentioned purpose is mandatory. Failure to provide above mentioned data may invalidate for Golf Bogliaco S.r.l. the execution of the operations requiring such data processing. Personal data collected for the above mentioned purpose will be kept for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purpose itself, some personal data will be stored longer as to provide evidence of a correct compliance with accounting and financial obligations of the company. Furthermore, only against your explicit approval, for the transmission (also through automated systems such as , sms, mms) of commercial offers, promotions and communications concerning other services and/or products of TERME DI SIRMIONE S.p.A.
