Click on Register Now If this is your initial registration, click on Register With
2 NOTE: If already registered, easiest way to add sessions is to use your confirmation 1. On your confirmation , find Edit Registration under your Registration and Session Details 2. First option under Edit Registration, select Click Here to access your personal Registration Dashboard 3. Click Session & Event Details on the left-hand side of the page 4. Under Session & Event Details. Choose Edit Information. 5. You will then be director to Registration Options page. From there you can add seminars to your registration. Start New Registration: fill in all required fields Contact Customer Service if you experience any issues during the registration process Fill in Personal Information.
3 Note for past WOC attendees review/edit prepopulated info For certificate retrieval and/or receiving other notifications, provide unique address. Option to include second address to receive copy of registration Select appropriate option regarding registration of a spouse. DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION: Complete all questions under Demographic Information section. REGISTRATION OPTIONS: Select Options based on courses of interest.
4 EVENT EXPLORER: Select your desired sessions: If taking 12 or more seminar hours, select appropriate Super Pass pkg you can add additional courses before end of registration process.
5 You can insert course code in the keyword search field; or you can click on day of the week tab. After you click Continue, ALL DAYS, will pull giving you another chance to add a session. Time conflict icons will prevent registering for overlapping sessions.
6 SPECIAL EVENTS Special Events like the Hoover Dam tours, open forums, breakfasts and luncheons excellent networking opportunities. Review your selections and fees before entering payment information. If you discover error or omission, click on Edit Information where you will be redirected to Registration Options page; you can deselect or add sessions to your record. Be sure to check the terms and conditions box. You can Add Another Registrant from your company if you re paying for multiple attendees. After you click Finish, you will be directed to Payment page. You will then receive confirmation with list of selected sessions, fees and totals for all registrants on this record. 7 EDITING AN EXISTING REGISTRATION Locate your Registration Confirmation . Find the EDIT REGISTRATION section. Use the Click here link that will take you to your Registration Dashboard. 8 EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION If you are an exhibitor wanting to register booth personnel for education seminars, please use your registration code to fill out and send in this form: CRE19WOCLIL-WOC19_EXH_RegForm.pdf If you do not have an exhibitor registration code, please see your primary booth contact.
