2 Forgot my Password Exchange Account Currently there is no self service option for a forgotten Hosted Exchange password. If you have forgotten the password for your Hosted Exchange account you will need to contact Barweb Support Call us - (07) helpdesk@barweb.com.au For verification purposes BarWeb staff will call back on a registered number to confirm the request, a confirmation will also be sent once the password has been reset.

3 Change my password Exchange Account How to change my password - Exchange Account 1. Go to and login with your address and current password 2. Click on the Settings cog in the top right hand corner of the page and select Options

4 3. Click on General in the top left hand corner of the page and click on My account 4. Click on Change your password (You may have to scroll down the page

5 5. Type in your current password, then a new password and confirm your new password, then click Passwords must been the following requirements:

6 Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters Be at least six characters in length Contain characters from three of the following four categories: English uppercase characters (A through Z) English lowercase characters (a through z) Base 10 digits (0 through 9) Non-alphabetic characters (for example,!, $, #, %)

7 Change Sync Settings Windows Mail - Exchange Account Change Sync Speed 1. Open Windows Mail 2. Right click on your account on the left side and select Account Settings 3. Click Change mailbox sync settings 4. To ensure mail mail arrives real time, change Download new content to "as items arrive"

8 5. Click Done Change amount of downloaded 1. Open Windows Mail 2. Right click on your account on the left side and select Account Settings 3. Click Change mailbox sync settings 4. Change Download from to "any time"

10 Calendar Sharing for Outlook 2010/2013 Exchange Accounts 1. The account sharing their calendar: a. Open Outlook and bring up your calendar. Image not found or type unknown b. Right click your calendar in the left sidebar, and click Properties. c. Click the Permissions tab.

12 e. Double-click the name of the user you wish to share your calendar with within your address book (if they do not exist as a contact already, you may need to add them), and click OK. f. Highlight the name of the user, then set their calendar permissions (i.e. whether can they delete/create appointments, or if they can only view your calendar), then click OK. Image not found or type unknown g. Permission Categories: 1. Free/Busy time: The viewer can only see free or busy times within the calendar. 2. Free/Busy time, subject, location: The viewer can only see the time, subject and location of appointments. 3. Contributor: The viewer can only see the free or busy times within the calendar, and can create new appointments.

13 4. Reviewer: The viewer can only see the full details of appointments. 5. Nonediting Author: The viewer can see the full details of appointments, can create appointments and delete self-created appointments. 6. Author: The viewer can see the full details of appointments, can create appointments, and can edit and delete self-created appointments. 7. Publishing Author: The viewer can see the full details of appointments, can create appointments and subfolders, and can edit and delete self-created appointments. 8. Editor: The viewer can see the full details of appointments, can create appointments, and can edit and delete all appointments. 9. Publishing Editor: The viewer can see the full details of appointments, can create appointments and subfolders, and can edit and delete all appointments. 10. Owner: The viewer has complete owner permissions. It is not necessary to select a category; individual permissions can be assigned to users.

14 2. The account with whom the calendar is shared: a. Open Outlook and bring up your calendar. b. Right click "My Calendars" and select Add Calendar -> Open Shared Calendar... The calendar should now be visible under "My Calendars" in the left sidebar.

15 How to free space in a full inbox - Exchange Account Ensure that you have adequate backups of your s, as once they are deleted from Webmail they are not recoverable. 16 Select the check box besides each you wish to delete. Click the drop down triangle next to Filter above your s, then select Sort by, then Size to sort your inbox by s that consume the most space to s that consume the least. 2. Click the Delete button at the top of the page after selecting the s to be deleted. 3. Click Deleted Items on the left of the screen. 4. Click the Empty button at the top of the screen to remove all s, or select the check boxes and click Delete to remove only selected s, then click Yes on the prompt that appears.

18 Maximum allowed mobile phone partnerships Exchange Account This guide is for those receiving the message: "You have 10 phone partnerships out of the maximum allowed 10 partnerships. After you reach the maximum, you can't create additional partnerships until you delete existing ones from your account." 1. Log into with your account details.

19 2. Click the gear icon at the top of the right-hand side of the page and select ' Options'. 3. Click Mobile Devices in the left sidebar

20 4. Underneath Mobile Devices, select any unused devices and click on the remove icon to delete. You should now be able to create new mobile partnerships.

21 Out of Office replies - Set via Webmail To disable Out of Office replies, follow the steps below until Step 3, select Don't send automatic replies then click Save. 1. Log into with your account details 2. Click the cog icon at the top right-hand side of the window, then click Set automatic replies.

22 3. Click Send automatic replies to enable automatic replies (note that this step only covers automatic replies to internal addresses) 1. If you wish to specify a time period, click Send replies only during this time period: and specify the period below. 2. Fill the text box below with the automatic reply you wish to be sent to internal addresses.

23 4. 1. If you only want senders in your contact list to receive automatic replies, click Send replies only to senders in my Contacts list, otherwise click Send replies to all external senders. 2. Fill in the text box below with the automatic reply you wish to be sent to external addresses. If you want the reply to be identical for all senders, copy the text in the internal text box and paste it into the external text box.click Send automatic reply messages to senders outside my organization to enable automatic replies to mail received from external addresses.

24 5. Click Save at the bottom of the page to finish.

25 Add additional mailboxes - Outlook 2013/2016 You can only add and open an additional mailbox that you have been granted access to. 1. Click on File 2. Click on Account Settings then Account Settings Click on Change...

26 4. Click More Settings Click on the Advanced tab 6. Click on the Add... button 7. Type in the address of the other mailbox and click OK Repeat Steps 6 and 7 for each additional mailbox required 8. Once all mailboxes have been added, click OK
