1 Calendar Subscription Guide You can subscribe to the Kronos EZCall Schedule to display your calls, working assignments and non-working assignments on a personal or professional calendar such as Outlook, ical or Google. To subscribe to the Kronos EZCall schedule, follow these steps from the web app (not the mobile app): 1. Log in Kronos EZCall and from the Current Schedule (default page upon login), click the calendar icon in the upper right corner. 2. A pop-up with a unique URL will appear. Most calendar programs support these links and clicking the first URL should initiate the subscription process. If clicking the link does not automatically open your calendar program, you may need to copy the link and initiate subscription manually within the program. Please see below for more information on this process. Assuming your calendar is set up on your mobile device, you should also see the Kronos EZCall schedule on your mobile calendar after subscribing. If needed, you can subscribe to a calendar directly from your mobile device. You will need to open Safari or another web browser on your phone, log in Kronos EZCall and follow the same steps listed above. Apple Calendar Subscription Follow these additional steps to complete an ical/apple Calendar subscription: 1. After completing the first two steps above, Apple will confirm you d like to subscribe to the calendar. Click Subscribe. 1

Outlook Calendar Subscription Follow these additional steps to complete an Outlook Calendar Subscription: 1. After clicking the calendar subscription URL, click Yes to subscribe. 2. If you d like to change the name of the calendar, click Advanced. 3. Click OK. 2

Open your Google Calendar in another tab/browser. 4. On the left, click the arrow in next to Other Calendars. 5. Select Add by URL. 6. Paste the URL that you copied a moment ago from Kronos EZCall. 7. Click Add Calendar. 3

Log in your Kronos EZCall account. From the Current Schedule, click the calendar icon. 2. A pop-up with a unique URL will appear. Copy the second link provided. 3. Open Apple Calendar. 4. From the File menu, select New Calendar Subscription. 5. Paste the copied URL from Kronos EZCall. 6. Click Subscribe. 7. Name the subscription (ex. EZCall Schedule) and ensure the Auto-refresh time period is set to at minimum every hour, if not more frequently. 8. Click OK. 4

Log in your Kronos EZCall account. From the Current Schedule, click the calendar icon. 2. A pop-up with a unique URL will appear. Copy the second link provided. 3. Open Outlook. Click on Calendar. 4. On the left sidebar, scroll down and locate Other Calendars. 5. Right-click the Other Calendars link. 6. Hover your mouse over Add Calendar and click From Internet. 7. Paste the calendar feed link in the calendar subscription field then click the OK button. 5

6 8. To confirm you wish to add the internet calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates, click the Yes button. To configure the calendar options, click the Advanced button. Subscribing a Spouse to the EZCall Calendar Subscribing your spouse to your EZ Call calendar will allow him/her to see your Kronos EZCall Schedule on their personal calendar. It will not allow them to do things like access your account where they can trade assignments, make requests, etc. There are a few ways to subscribe your spouse. Option 1: 1. On your spouse s computer where their calendar program is set up, log in your EZCall account. 2. From the Current Schedule, click the calendar icon. 3. A pop-up with a unique URL will appear. Most calendar programs support these links and clicking the first URL should initiate the subscription process. 4. After completing the subscription, log out of your Kronos EZCall account. 6

Assuming that your spouse has their calendar set up on a mobile phone, he/she should also see your schedule there. If clicking the link does not automatically open your spouse s calendar program, he/she may need a copy of the second https subscription link and initiate subscription manually within their calendar program.
