SECO Energy. I am contacting you in that capacity. My name is Neil Gillespie, a member-owner of SECO Energy, account no , electric service address 8092 SW 115th Loop, Ocala, Florida (Oak Run, a 55+ community). There were two other SECO Energy accounts associated with this service address: Account of Penelope Gillespie: account # (died September 16, 2009) Account of Cornelius Gillespie: account # (died September 17, 2002) A PDF of my current itemized statement of services is attached. Also attached is my invitation to the Annual Meeting March 19, Link to the video, I am requesting the following from you as Sumter Electric s auditor because in the past SECO Energy s management/trustees/legal department have not been sufficiently responsive. Instead, Sumter Electric recently sued me relative to Capital Credits denied for two years. Sumter Electric failed to acknowledge or respond to my request for disability accommodation made in February 2016, and thereby denied me access to the benefits to this organization s programs and activities. Sumter Electric also subjected me to discrimination. 1. Provide in PDF format the current Bylaws for Sumter Electric Cooperative, Inc. 2. Provide in PDF format Sumter Electric s annual year-end financial statements for the past three years. The statements are not accessible on the ISSUU website, see attached my communication with ISSUU. 3. Provide in PDF format evidence of Sumter Electric s tax-free status. 4. Provide in PDF format records showing Sumter Electric Cooperative, Inc. is the recipient of Federal financial assistance from the Rural Utilities Service (RUS), an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
