The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Office of Inspector General (OIG) does not regularly keep or produce such a record. However, I was able to locate lists created covering fiscal years 2015 and 2016, covering the frame from October 1, 2014 to September 30, These lists are attached. Please note the case numbering system changed during this time frame.
