14 The technical report

15 The technical report is a contractual obligation The action has a sole reporting period You have 60 days from the date when the termination of the Agreement takes effect to produce a request for payment We have 90 days to pay

16 What do we need for the technical report?

17 It depends of the actions For city farms, info points and other general public events Pictures of the event, proof that the co-financing was visible (when the EU emblem is displayed in association with another logo, it must have an appropriate prominance.)

18 For conferences, seminars and visits: The program the names of the speakers + CV's. a copy of all speeches and presentations made during the event(s) The invitations, press releases, etc.. pictures

19 The attendance list signed by all the participants for each day of the event including the name of their organisation, their address and country of origin

32 On-the-spot visits During an on-the-spot visit, the beneficiary shall allow Commission staff and outside personnel authorised by the Commission to have access to the sites and premises where the action is or was carried out, and to all the necessary information, including information in electronic format. It shall ensure that the information is readily available at the moment of the on-the-spot visit and that information requested is handed over in an appropriate form.
