1 GUIDE: St Neots Hockey Club now has a new smart membership system behind its public website. In summary: St Neots Hockey Club is introducing the ClubBuzz Financial Accounting system to collect Match Fees and Annual Subs this season. What this means is that you make all your weekly match fee payments in one handy monthly direct debit. Captains will no longer have to collect and account for cash. As a registered club member you now have a "My Account" page in your ClubBuzz profile page. This will allow you to keep up to date with all your charges and payments to the club. To set this up please log in to your ClubBuzz account and set up your Direct Debit with Go Cardless: On the 1st day of the following month, your bank account will be directly-debited with the balance accrued and shown on your statement. You will receive your statement beforehand on the 15th of each month (please make sure you keep your up to date on your ClubBuzz member profile), this will keep you fully informed of all activity on your account before any payments are made. This will start with your annual subscription on 1st September. You can check this in the you receive from 15th August onwards. 2 Great now someone will approve your application. Now keep a lookout for an saying 'Please Register ' with instructions along with a link (IN BLUE) - note this link does expire - so you should immediately setup you own web login when you receive this. Please IMMEDIATELY setup YOUR WEB LOGIN. You will need a web login to be selected and play games. Simply click on the link, and create a USERNAME and PASSWORD. You will then receive a SECOND Welcome - confirming your username and you should retain this . (If you later forget your password, just click on 'reset your password' and type in your username and you'll be sent a reminder). 4 Can I go and play hockey now? How do I pay? Step 3. Setup Direct Debit. You ll need to SETUP YOUR DIRECT DEBIT NOW (Remember captains are no longer accepting cash and won t be able to select players without an online payment setup). Any subs or match charges are ed to you beforehand, you can query any you do not understand, and there is a 75 maximum charge to protect you. Note: Academy members should tick Pay subs monthly to spread payments over the year Click on Setup Direct Debit to see the screen overleaf. You ll set up a GoCardless login. This is different to your Clubbuzz login and is personal to the payer. Once you have your GoCardless login you can pay for more than one member (eg as a parent or couple) by repeating the Step 3 above for each member. Logout, and login as each member in turn but use the same GoCardless login. You will have separate charges on each Clubbuzz account, which are then summarised into a single GoCardless account. Now can I go play hockey? Yes, you re done. The first time any charges arise for example annual subs they will be advised by on 15 th of the month, and are debited 15 days later.
