1 Changes Required for Outlook 2010 for PC Changed required to be made on your designated Date and Time of Migration Change Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server Open Outlook 2010 and Select from the File Menu -> Info -> Account Settings Changes Required for Outlook 2010 for PC - 1

3 Change Incoming Server In the field that says 'Incoming mail server" change this to secure. srvr.com as shown above. Change Outgoing Server In the field that says 'Outgoing mail server (SMTP)" change this to secure. srvr.com as shown above. 6 Test Account Settings Click the Next Button and it test the new settings. Click Finish and then quit Outlook and reopen Changes Required for Outlook 2010 for PC - 6

7 Changing where is stored Once you reopen Outlook, Select from the File Menu -> Info -> Account Settings and select your Albion Account Again, click 'Change...' This Time click on "More Settings..." and select the Tab for Sent items. Now select the folder on the Server that you would like Sent to be stored in. Do the Same for 'Deleted Items' by Selecting the 'Deleted Items' Tab and select the folder on the Server you would like Deleted Items to be stored in. Click 'OK' button and then Click 'Next' and then Finally click 'Finish' All the changes have now been made. Outlook will now connect to the updated Servers and resync all your , depending on how much you have and the speed for the Internet Connection, this may take some time. Its recommended that if you have a large mailbox you leave Outlook open over night so it can complete the resync. While the resync is taken place you can always use Webmail to access new your .
