3 What s New in NwPrint ? NwPrint is a minr release that adds a cuple f minr enhancements and sftware bug fixes t the previus x versins f NwPrint. 4 Reprts Interface In ur cntinual effrt t update pages t the newer interface, we have updated bth the Reprt Viewer page and all standard reprts t a new lk and feel. New Reprt View Updated Reprt Features On PDF, HTML and Excel utput, there are nw alternating gray/white clr rws t get better view f individual rws f data. 5 Added hrizntal scrll bar t HTML reprt if the reprt is wider than current width f the web page screen. PDF reprts that are wider than 8.5 wide have been ptimized fr printing t fit either landscape r n a wider paper size (Example: 11x17). Pint sizes have been ptimized t reduce wrd wrapping n header and data rws where pssible. The Accunting Data Entry reprt prvides many rder details n a per rder basis. If trying t prgram jb ticket data int yur billing system, this culd be a gd reprt t add as it prvides the majrity f the jb ticket details. Accunting Data Entry Reprt Details f Accunting Data Entry Reprt: Cmpany Name: This is pulled frm the Crprate Accunt Name in the Cntact Infrmatin fr where the rder was placed. Invice Cmpany: This is the value f the Cmpany field in the Address Infrmatin fr the user wh placed the rder. NwDcs, Internatinal 2012 Page 5 February 1, 2012

6 Order Name: This is the Order Name entered by the user n Step 1 f the rder prcess. Custm Data fields: These are the fields between the Order Name and Address1 fields. The number f fields displayed in the reprt will depend n the number f saved custm data fields (type Jb r User) fr the Crprate Accunt. Each field will have the saved custm data name as header and the crrespnding custm data value fr the rder will be the rw value. NA is the default if n custm data value is fund. It will list up t 15 tp active custm data fields. Address1: This is the value f the Address1 field in the Address Infrmatin fr the user wh placed the rder. Address2: This is the value f the Address2 field in the Address Infrmatin fr the user wh placed the rder. Pstal Cde: This is the value f the Pstal Cde field in the Address Infrmatin fr the user wh placed the rder. City: This is the value f the City field in the Address Infrmatin fr the user wh placed the rder. Flr: This is the value f the Flr field in the Address Infrmatin fr the user wh placed the rder. Department: This is the value f the Department field in the Address Infrmatin fr the user wh placed the rder. First Name: This is pulled frm the First Name in the Cntact Infrmatin fr where the rder was placed. Last Name: This is pulled frm the Last Name in the Cntact Infrmatin fr where the rder was placed. Accunt: This is the value f the custm jb data that is linked t the payment methd f the rder (custm data type is Billing). The header text will always be Accunt regardless f the custm jb data name fr the payment methd. This will nly use 1 custm jb data field mapped t the payment methd. Order Number: This is the rder ID generated in the receipt after an rder is placed. N f Order Rws: This will cunt the number f items in the Order Ticket Items Summary. Items Text: Pipe-delimited text representing the items (impressins, papers, binders, etc ) set up fr each precnfigured item in the rder. SKU Quantities: Pipe-delimited text representing quantities f the items in the Order Ticket Items Summary. Price Type: Pipe-delimited text representing the price types f the items in the Order Ticket Items Summary. Price Types: Specific = An Item has a set price r Set Single Price is used n a Precnfigured Item. Sum = The precnfigured item price is set t use the sum f cmpnent items Unit Price = An individual Item has a Set Tiered Price r a Precnfigured Item has a Tiered Unit Price Pack Price = A Precnfigured Item has a Tiered Pack Price. Sales Prices: Pipe-delimited text representing the prices f the items in the Order Ticket Items Summary. Ttal Price: The ttal price f the rder. Order Status: The status f the rder. 7 Additinal Minr Enhancements NwDcs has made additinal imprvements t NwPrint since the last x & service packs. NwPrint Versin # The NwPrint Versin # is nw visible t the master administratr n the tp f the administratin tls. This may be helpful t knw and prvide when calling supprt with questins r cncerns. Master Admin - Main Print Operatr Shipping Tracking # n CSV Recipient List In previus versins, if the buyer upladed a CSV recipient list fr the rder, the print peratr was unable t apply specific carrier and shipment tracking #s t the individual recipients within the list. This x service pack nw allws the print peratr thrugh Order Adjustments > Set shipment tracking number t apply individual tracking infrmatin. Details: The buyer functin that allws CSV recipient list uplad is enabled thrugh the Admin > Order Wrkflws preference fr Enable recipient list uplad. When the buyer selects the Frm CSV file ptin n the delivery page, it then applies the entire list f recipients t the rder. NwDcs, Internatinal 2012 Page 7 February 1, 2012

8 Delivery Page On the Print Operatrs jb ticket, the upladed CSV list will appear as the recipient s name. If rder adjustments are made t individual recipients frm the list, each will then be added t the jb ticket as an individual recipient alngside the initial list with a nte that they are part f that CSV list.
