1 Step by Step Instructions to Fill the Online Application Form through KINPOE Online Admission System (KOAS) 1. Create your new account. Click to create new account 2. A pop-up window will appear. Fill up your Name, address, username and password. Remember this information or secure it in a safe place carefully to access your application in future.

2 3. On pressing submit button you will see the screen as follows 4. Now login with your user ID and password Login by clicking this button

3 5. Screen will appear as follows. Click User Home to enter your profile data. Click the link User Home to enter profile data 6. The tab My Profile will be displayed requiring Personal Information and Contact Information as follows:

4 7. The Date of Birth can be entered using calendar control or may be typed in the same format as given in the text box. May be typed in same format. 8. Enter Personal Information, Contact Information and save them separately. Save the Contact Information data by clicking this button. Save the Personal Information data by clicking this button

5 9. Now Scroll down to enter your Educational Qualification details. Click Add button given for your corresponding qualification. Click Add button to enter SSC /Equivalent Educational details 10. Interface for entering SSC Educational Details will appear as given below.

6 11. First enter your SSC qualification details and recheck that all information are entered correctly. Press Submit button. 12. On submitting the details, your SSC details will appear as follows which may be edited any time before the application submission deadline. Enter HSC/Diploma details in the same way and recheck before submission. Edit button allows to change Educational details before deadline. Click Add button to enter HSC /DAE Educational details

7 13. After pressing submit button, the details will be displayed as follows. After submitting your relevant qualification, please press the button Apply Now. SSC and DAE Educational details will go here. Click Apply Now button to submit application.

8 14. A pop-up box for preferred training center and preferred Test Center will appear as follows. The candidate will be required to give his preference /choice of Institute and Test Center. Don t forget to check the checkbox if you are applying through proper channel. Submit the choice. 15. On successful submission of application, the screen will be displayed as follows. Here you are required to download Bank Deposit Slip (Askari Bank) or Inter Bank Transfer Pay in Slip (NBP) for application processing fee. Download Bank Deposit Slip (Askari Bank) or Inter Bank Transfer Pay in Slip (NBP) from these links.

9 16. Print Bank Deposit Slip (Askari Bank) or Inter Bank Transfer Pay in Slip (NBP). Fill the relevant information in any of the Fee Deposit Slip. Visit the bank and ask for online fee deposit. For details of online deposit procedure check our website.

10 17. After you have deposited the application processing fee in the bank. Re-login to you Application Form. Enter the details from your copy of deposit Slip in Fee Voucher Details Form. This form will be opened by clicking the link PROVIDE FEE DEPOSIT DETAILS. click the link PROVIDE FEE DEPOSIT DETAILSto Enter the details from your copy of deposit Slip in thefee Voucher DetailsForm 18. Fee Voucher Details Form will appear on clicking the link PROVIDE FEE DEPOSIT DETAILS.

11 19. Enter your relevant information in the form as given below: 20. After successful submission the message will appear as follows.

12 21. After successful submission of Fee details, the candidate will be able to download his/her filled application form along with Admit Card from the links Application Form and Admit Slip / Card. Roll No will be issued on that form. Download Application Form and Admit Card from these links. 22. Print Application Form and Admit Card and dispatch it to KINPOE along with the following: 1. Two photographs pasted on each form 2. Two self-addressed envelopes 3. Copy of your IBT Receipt/Bank Receipt Your Roll No.

13 23. The candidate may also use Instruction Tab for help if needed. Instruction Tab is available for help during form filling process. 24. You may change your test center choice or/and Training Institute before Application deadline by re-login to your application. Re-Login by clicking this

14 25. Scoll down the application form and click the button Edit Application. change your test center choice or/and Training Institute 26. Change the choice and submit. Please Note that this option is available until deadline of application. After deadline it will not be available.
