2 HERE s HOW TO... Before Registration Begins... Our new online registration system was designed to make the enrollment experience quick (just five steps, to be exact) and intuitive. Still, to ensure that you don t run into any unexpected problems, we suggest making a few preparations before registration begins. Download Google Chrome. Whether you ll be accessing our registration system via computer or mobile device, we highly recommend using Google Chrome. This free browser app is available for all major operating platforms, including Windows, MacOS, Android and ios. You can download a copy from or from your mobile device s app store. Get a Gmail address. Besides a working browser app (i.e. Google Chrome), you ll also need an address to access and use our registration system. We ve found that addresses from Gmail work best. If you don t have an address from Gmail, you can sign up for one for free. Just visit click on Create an account and then follow the prompts. Add your Gmail address to your account. Now that you ve got an address from Gmail, log in to register.leahiswimschool.com and update your account s primary address. Keep in mind that when initially accessing the site, you ll need to use whatever address was previously listed as primary on your account. If you don t remember what that was, or have trouble logging in, please do NOT create another account. Instead, call us at (808) 234-SWIM. Plan ahead for registration by proxy. Our registration system s login protocol does not use a traditional username / password combination to grant customer access. Instead, customers must input their account s primary address in order to receive a time-sensitive access link. Therefore, if someone will be registering on your behalf, please remember that he/she will need to use your account s primary address to request an access link. Once the link has been sent to your , you will need to forward/provide it to your proxy in order for him/her to continue with the registration process. Finally, keep in mind that with that link, the proxy will also have access to all aspects of your account including your address and phone number. If you ve checked off everything listed above, consider yourself ready for online registration! More details on how to do just that are available on the following pages. Prefer not to register online? No problem! We are happy to help you via phone or in person. Once registration opens for the location of your choice, give us a call at (808) 234-SWIM. Or, feel free to come down to one of our pool offices. Note: If you plan on registering in person, please call us beforehand to confirm the days / hours that someone will be available to assist in-person registration. Hours vary by location and day.

3 REGISTER ONLINE Once Registration Opens... Log in to your account at register.leahiswimschool.com. Once logged in, click on the blue Register Now button to begin the registration process. #1

4 HERE s HOW TO... Once Registration Opens (cont.)... Select your preferred session. Keep in mind, you can only register for one session at a time. Next, select your preferred location. As with session selections, you can only register for (or check availability at) one location at a time. Finally, select the students that you ll be registering for the session / location selected above. Once you ve verified your selections, click Continue to proceed to the next page. #2

5 REGISTER ONLINE Once Registration Opens (cont.)... Review all available class options for your selected session, location and student(s). If you are registering more than one student, the system will automatically highlight (green) slots where all students can swim at the same time. To view availability for a different session or location, change your selections using the drop down menus on the left. Select your desired class slot(s) by clicking on the + symbol next to each student s name. #3

6 HERE s HOW TO... Once Registration Opens (cont.)... Selected slots will change from gray to red. Once you ve selected your desired slots, confirm your selections in the left-hand column. If everything looks good, click on Continue to Payment to proceed to the final page. #4

7 REGISTER ONLINE Once Registration Opens (cont.)... Review and confirm your enrollment selections one last time. Mark the Pre-Check check boxes to indicate your acceptance of the selected slots. Input your credit card information for payment. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover). When you re ready to submit your payment, click on Process Payment to complete your transaction. Note: You must complete the transaction within the prescribed time limit. Once your payment goes through, you ll receive your receipt. #5

8 HUMUHUMU NEWS Lē ahi is Opening a New Location in Town... It is with tremendous excitement and pride that we announce the opening of our newest location at La Pietra Hawaii School for Girls. Lē ahi has a rich history of partnership and collaboration with the school going all the way back to 1974, when we opened the doors of our first location to the community. We re honored to be returning to our roots. Beginning this June, Lē ahi will offer classes on Sundays at La Pietra as a way to complement our existing operations at St. Francis School in Mānoa and at the Momilani Community Center in Pearl City. With the opening of our new location, we ll be able to provide more options to our customers who prefer weekend classes. Registration for classes at our new location will start in mid-april. Initially, limited slots will be available at this facility, so customers are encouraged to sign up early. Give Your Child the Chance to Improve... Did you know that free swim is a great way for students to reinforce what they re learning in class? If you don t have access to a pool at home, come down to our Pearl City location! On Saturday afternoons after classes have finished we open the pool up for free swim. There s no cost to use the facilities and we also welcome the general public. So you can bring relatives and friends too! For more information on hours and general requirements, please call us at (808) 234-SWIM. Pool Party Rentals Now Available... Looking for an awesome place to host your next birthday party? Well then we ve got great news! Our Pearl City pool facility is now available for event rentals. And the best part is, you don t have to be a Lē ahi Swim School customer to rent the facility or to attend a scheduled event! Availability is limited, so reserve your slot today.
