11 1.4 ADMINISTRATION MENU (DASHBOARD) Your dashboard applies to all your active contracts. If you are a user of a "Single" account you will have access to this tab. If you are an administrator of an account "Multiple Users" you will have access to this tab. If you are a group manager and / or a single user, you will not have access to this tab. This interface is divided into several parts, some of which are purely informative and others allow you to make changes Identification part: Definition of fields: Name : name of your organisation. Legal Type : kind of company. Vat = your business number on which INFORIUS charge. A mask is applied to the Field : eg filling as : Address = Street + Number & box + Zip code + City + Country. Additional Low Credit s (semicolon separated) = addresses may also receive notification (if multiple addresses separated by a ";" and no space between the addresses indicated). 10

12 1.4.2 Contracts area : This part of the administration interface, presents the different solutions (licenses) that your account allows to use. These notions of "maximum" are regarding to the kind of INFORIUS account.
