The queries selected depend on the MilWise Services tht pply. To identify the relevnt services tht your orgnistion selected s prt of the MilWise clensing, refer to the Agreement to Purchse (ATP) when you signed up to proceed with clensing. Plese contct your Blckud Account Mnger if you re unsure which services pply. Also note tht when the import process is complete, there my e constituents included in the export file ut not present in the Return file. Possile cuses re:- - incomplete ddress tht could not e processed. - preferred ddress on the constituent record nd Export file is Business ddress. To identify the non-returns you cn merge the query used to export the records for MilWise (primry file in the merge) with the query creted y the Import (secondry file in the merge) nd output the constituent ID nd nme, for exmple. For exmple if the ddress is in USA, the county field is not ville when specifying the ddress lock in Interntionl, therefore some dt would not e visile on the Bio1 screen if the country is set to USA y the return file. Note3: We suggest tht you crete the ove query to identify constituents who hve now moved overses nd note the county field informtion efore mnully selecting the correct country nd mending the remining ddress informtion on the Preferred Address on Bio1 screen. OSIS updtes cn occur when the phone numer supplied in the dt sent for MilWise dt clensing ws incorrect for exmple, the numers my hve een miskeyed or trnsposed. If multiple phone numer updtes re mde s result of MilWise Service then ech Attriute Comment will contin the relevnt phone type.
