3 STANDALONE SOCIAL MESSAGES Quickly create standalone social messages on your calendar for any one-off social promotion. Choose one or multiple social profiles from multiple social networks. Upload images, videos, or add a URL to enhance your message. Add color labels to filter your messages better or use CoSchedule s intelligent Best Time Scheduling feature to help you save time and take the guess work out of scheduling. Best Time Scheduling decides for you what time of the day you should post to get the highest amount of shares which is different for each network and during the different times of the day. It will automatically continue to reevaluate and change Best Time Scheduled posts accordingly, as new messages (custom and Best Time) are added to the calendar. 6 WHAT S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CAMPAIGN AND STANDALONE MESSAGE? Standalone social messages are for anytime you need to schedule a quick one-off social message. The CoSchedule team mostly uses the Social Campaign, but standalone social messages will be used when creating a quick quote, image post, or Instagram messages. Social Campaigns are for when you want to promote a certain topic or webpage more than once. CoSchedule personally recommends creating a social campaign for most of your messages, because this way you are able to quickly create multiple messages or promote any certain topic easier. Social Campaign will also keep all of your social messages related to one topic connected and will track the Social Engagement of all connected messages to easily measure how your social messages are performing inside of the specific campaign.

9 SOCIAL HELPERS Social Helpers: Are reusable tags that will automatically be replaced with your specified content when social messages are sent. 12 What is ReQueue? ReQueue is a feature in CoSchedule that allows you to reuse your best social messages intelligently by automatically filling the gaps in your daily social schedule. ReQueue will help you to keep your content front of mind with your audience.
13 ADJUST REQUEUE SETTINGS Manage all ReQueue settings inside the Settings > ReQueue page. Manage Sending Frequency: Choose specific timezones that you want ReQueue to schedule messages on. Message Sending Limits: Choose how many times ReQueue schedules a message. Social Profiles in ReQueue: Get more specific! Fully customize what social profiles you want ReQueue to schedule messages for. Choose which days you want to schedule and how many messages you want to schedule each day.
14 CREATING NEW GROUPS Create custom ReQueue groups for promoting evergreen content, a major event, special contest, or any type of social campaign you can dream up. Only want a ReQueue group to schedule messages during a certain timeframe? Use Custom Date settings to choose a specific timeline. Add group sending limits to make sure you re never spamming your audience. Pause a group to halt scheduling and resume whenever you re ready to schedule again.
15 ADD MESSAGES TO REQUEUE GROUPS Don t want to schedule the message on your calendar first? Click Add Message inside your Group to add a solo message directly to your ReQueue Group. Want to add any message on your calendar to ReQueue? Assign any scheduled or published message on your calendar to a ReQueue group. 16 COSCHEDULE S REQUEUE GROUP EXAMPLES Depending on your workflow and content, your groups may differ, but these are the groups that are currently working for our marketing team! Content Curation: A group for all articles that you have found from other websites that you think can help or be of interest for your audience. Evergreen Content: This is where we store all content that is always fresh or relevant for our users. Features: We always hype up our features and send out promotion for features. This helps make sure they stay current in our audience s mind. Popular Messages: By using Analytics and the Social Engagement Report, we find what messages are receiving the most engagement and share those messages more often. 17 SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT ANALYTICS Track overall engagement for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram on all content and blog posts. Be more specific. 19 TRACK SOCIAL SHARES AND VIEW TOP CONTENT Track anytime one of your blog posts or content have been shared to Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, or Google+. Filtering out certain types, authors, or time frames will give you more control.
