4 Chapter 1. Register as a potential supplier for a new customer New ZSN users Step 1: Link to register as a potential supplier On clicking the link to register as a potential supplier for a particular customer, for example, in case you are trying to register for Customer ABC as a potential supplier, click the link You will be taken to the below screen Since you are new user, click on X and enter your details on the registration form. 4 4

5 After entering the necessary details, click on the text box to agree to the terms of use and click submit. On successful registration, following mail will be sent to the address entered while registering. Click on the link to activate your registration. On successful activation, you will be taken to the login page, where you can enter your credentials and login to ZSN. Step 2: Connect to the customer Company registration 5 5

6 Once you login, you will be taken to the dashboard as shown below: You can register your company as a potential supplier for ABC by clicking on the actions on pending registrations card which will now appear on your dashboard. On clicking actions you will get the following option: Select Register Now option to register your company for the customer, or you can select register later to register on your next login. On selecting register now from card you will be taken to supplier company registration form page as shown below. 6 6

7 Enter the necessary details and select create. You will have to then accept the customers terms and condition On clicking Continue, you will be asked to enter few more details for the customer. On finishing entering all the necessary details, you can click on Save & Submit. 7 7

8 Note: Clicking Save & Exit will only save the form on draft status; you will not have sent the registration to customer. Therefore, click on Save & Submit to submit your form to the customer for approval. In case you click, Save & Exit, you can return back to your profile using the following steps: To complete your profile creation, add Supplier Requests card to your dashboard where the requests from customer/ any new profile creation requests will appear under the status Saved as Draft which indicates that you haven t submitted the company creation request. You can also see the alerts from Side Panel Menu -> My Account -> Customer Name 8 8

9 You will be taken to the below page. On selecting Edit icon you can add details to the company profile as shown below. 9 9

10 Enter the necessary details and select Save & Submit On successful completion your information will go for approval and appear as Pending Approval in the My requests card and page. Note: Once you click Save & Submit you will not be able to edit the details until the details get approved by the customer. The edit icon against such a profile will be disabled as shown below

Register as a potential supplier for a new customer Existing ZSN users Step 1: Link to register as a potential supplier On clicking the link to register as a potential supplier for a particular customer, for example, in case you are trying to register for Customer ABC as a potential supplier, click the link You will be taken to the below screen In case you are already registered with ZSN, then enter your credentials and click login. Step 2: Connect to the customer Company registration Once you login, you will be taken to the dashboard as shown below: 11 11

12 You can register your company as a potential supplier for ABC by clicking on the actions on pending registrations card which will now appear on your dashboard. On clicking actions you will get the following option: Select Register Now option to register your company for the customer, or you can select register later to register on your next login. On selecting register now from card or by connect to a customer option you will be taken to supplier company registration form page as shown below
