3 Website Overview The Dugan's Travels Agent Website contains a collection of tools and information grouped in six areas. NOTE: The new Agent Website combines the key functionally of the previous Yahoo & Google Groups and DugansAgents.com sites, plus several new enhancements. Agent Desk The Agent Desk (aka: Agent's Home Page) contains... - My Message Center (Your Messages & Notifications via the Agent Network) - Forum Posts (Most recent Agency News & Updates) - Commonly Used External Website Links and Top Destinations on DugansAgents.com - Key Dugan's Information (Typically required by many Suppliers) Forums We have setup 15 Forums (aka: Blogs or Chat Rooms) which are grouped as follows. Agency News & Updates Forums The Dugan's Admin Team uses these Forums to distribute Key Agency Information. - Categories: News, Announcements, Reminders, Faxes to Claim, Polls & Marketing Ideas) Agency Partners Forums The Dugan's Admin Team uses these Forums to distribute Partner & Preferred Supplier Information. - Categories: Updates, Specials & News Questions & Suggestions Forums You can use these forums to ask the Dugan's Admin Team a Question or Make a Suggestion Agent (Help & Advise) Forums You can use these Forums to Request Help or Share Advise with your fellow Agents. - Categories: Destinations, Suppliers, Your Travel Business Agent Lounge Forums You can use these Forums to Socialize and Network with your fellow Agents. Community Think of the Community Tools as a private Dugan's Travels Social Network for Agents, not unlike Facebook. - Agent Social Network Page A Journal of Activities - Agent Directory Page Listing of All Agents - Agent Events Calendar Page Dugan's and Supplier Events - My Network & Information Page My Information, My Friends, My Profile, My Settings - My Message Center View & Send Messages with Friends Library The Library contains reference Information, Guides, Manuals and Files. - Categories: Dugan's, ClientEase, Suppliers & CLIA Training A collection of available training offered by our partners, the travel industry associations and suppliers. - Categories: Associations, ClientEase, Suppliers & New Agents Contacts A listing of Key Contacts at Dugan's Travels with their contact information. 5 Home Page Agent Login 1) Use your browser to navigate to 2) Enter your Username, which is typically your FirstNameLastName (no spaces) 3) Enter your Password (Note: Password is Case Sensitive) TIP: To have the website remember your Login Information - Check the [Remember Login] Checkbox) prior to Clicking the [Login] Button - To have your browser remember your Login - You need to enable Cookies - Just Close the Browser window vs Logging Out - If you click the Logout Link (aka: Logging Out), your Login Information will NOT be remembered Home Page Retrieve Password 1) Click on the [Retrieve Password] Link 2) Enter your Username, which is typically your FirstNameLastName (no spaces) 3) Click on the [Send Password] Button 4) Your Password will be ed to the Account on file in your "My Account". 6 Global Topics Recommended Browser The DugansAgents.com Website should work with most browsers. To maximize your experience, we recommend you download and use Google's Chrome Browser (which is free). URL: Logout To LOGOUT of the Website, Click on the [Logout] Link Your Current Location Your current location is displayed at the top of every page (aka: Bread Crumbs) In this case we are on the Agent Events Calendar under the Community Menu TIP: - You can click on any of the Bread Crumbs to navigate to previous pages. - In this example, clicking on "Community" will return you to the Community Page. Notes: - You can click on your Name to access your My Network / Profile page. - The name shown on the Bread Crumbs bar is your "Display Name" set on your My Account Page. A) My Message Center - Messages from your Friends and Notifications via the Agent Network B) Agency News & Updates Forum Posts - The most recent Posts from the Dugan's Admin Team, click on the Title to open the post C) Agency Partner Updates Forum Posts - The most recent Posts from the Dugan's Admin Team, click on the Title to open the post D) Commonly Used External Website Links - Links to External Websites aka: Short-cuts E) Top Destinations on DugansAgents.com - Links to the Top Destinations on DugansAgents.com website aka: Short-cuts F) Key Dugan's Information - The common information required by many Suppliers Lundy Innovations Ken Lundy, Sr. v1.2 7

8 Forums All We have setup 15 Forums (aka: Blogs or Chat Rooms) which have been divided into 5 groups. 1) To access a Forum, Click on the Forum Title 2) To access the Last Posta, Click on the Post Topic Agency News & Updates Forums The Dugan's Admin Team use these Forums to distribute Key Agency Information to Agents. Notes: 1) Only the Dugan's Admin Team can start New Topics in these Forums. 2) Agents can response to Polls created in the Polls Forum Agency Partner Updates Forums The Dugan's Admin Team use these Forums to distribute Partner & Preferred Supplier Information. 9 Forums All Questions & Suggestions Forums You can use these forums to ask the Dugan's Admin Team a Question or Make a Suggestion. A Dugan's Admin Team will review your input and provide a response as appropriate. Note: Your Question or Suggestion will not show up until a Dugan's Admin Team member responds to your request. Agent (Help & Advise) Forums You can use these Forums to Request Help or Share Advise with your fellow Agents. Agent Lounge Forums You can use these Forums to Socialize and Network with your fellow Agents and share your Success Stories. Note: We ask that only New Agents use the New Agents Forum. 10 Forums All Topic Open & Reply When you Open a Topic, there are 5 Sections to the Topic. A) Header - Create a Printer Friendly version of the Topic, by clicking on the Printer Icon - the Topic to anyone, by clinking on the Icon - Give your Feedback on the Topic, by clicking on one of the Stars - Change the Sort Order, by selecting a new Sort Order Note: You can subscribe to a Single Topic (if you're not already tracking the Forum) B) Original Message that created the Topic (assuming the Sort is set to Oldest First) C) Response Messages to the Topic (assuming the Sort is set to Oldest First) - To Reply, click one of the Reply Buttons or use Section E (Quick Reply) - You can use the Alert link to report inappropriate language or use of the forums D) Authors of the Messages - The status of the Agent is based on your Forum Activity. - You earn points by "Started" Topics and "Responding" to Topics. - As you earn points your Membership level increases. 11 Forums All Topic New Topic To "Create" a New Topic - Click on the Title of a Forum - Click the [Add New Topic] Button The Create New Topic Form has 5 Sections. A) Subject - The "Headlines" of your Topic (Less is better) B) Status - Select a Status (Informative, Not Resolved, Resolved) C) Post Icon - Select a Icon that best classifies your Topic. - We would encourage you to always select an Icon D) Summary - Executive Summary of your Message E) Message - Your Message or Question F) Action Buttons - Preview Button: You this button to Preview the Topic before you submit it. - Submit Button: You use this button to submit your Topic Lundy Innovations Ken Lundy, Sr. v1.2 11

Quick Links Not Read Use this link to view Posts that YOU have not Read (All Forums). Note: You can use the [Mark All Read] Button to change all the Topics to Read Status. Quick Links My Topics Use this link to view Posts that YOU have Started (Questions & Suggestions, Agent (Help & Advise) and Agent Lounge Forums). 13 Forums All Quick Links My Settings Use this link to access your Forum Usability Settings. My Settings My Preferences You can control how you interact with Topics/Posts in the Forums. Note: Avatars is the Agent Photos My Settings Forum Tracking NOT Fully Funtional during Testing You use this feature to configure which Forums you want to Track. You have 3 choices to Track Forums: Click on the Mail Icon to "Track" the Forum, you will receive a when a New Topic/Post is added to that Forum. To Stop Tracking the Forum, Click on the a 2nd time. RSS Feed: Click on the RSS (Orange) Icon to "Track" the Forum. You will be taken to a blank page, copy that URL into your RSS Reader. My Profile About Me To add your Photo to the Forums Profile A) Click My Profile B) Select the [About Me] TAB C) Click on the [Choose File] & follow the Upload instructions D) Click the [Save] Button Notes: - You have two Profile settings on DugansAgents.com. One in "Forums" and 2nd in the "Community" (My Network & Information). - You need to add your Photo (aka: Avatar) in both profiles. - You can also modify "Signature" used in Forum Posting while on this TAB. 15 Forums All Quick Links Search We encourge everyone to use the Search the existing Topics before starting a new Topic (many times, your question my have been answered in a prior Post. To Access the Search Feature, click on the Search Link in the Quick Links Bar. A) Search Text: Enter the text you want to find in existing the existing Topics. B) Search Options: Use this section to "Limit" your search to specific criteria. C) Search Results: The results from your Search will be updated on the same page. 17 Community Agent Social Network Think of the Community Tools as a private Dugan's Travels Social Network for Agents, not unlike Facebook. Agent Social Network Community Wall The Community Wall includes the following. - Forum Topics (Posts) that are shared with the Agent Group - Agent "Status" updates that they choose to share with the Agent Group - Notes & Links from the Dugan's Admin Team Notes: - You can use the "Leave a comment..." feature to leave a comment about a Wall Item. - Please keep in mind your Comments are shared with ALL Agents. 18 Community Agent Directory A listing of ALL Active Agents Agent Directory Features A) Search for a specific Agent by Name You can use the Advanced Search link to access more search features. B) Alpha Navigation Quickly navigate to a section of the Listing C) Agent Information Agent Name: You can click on the Agent's Name to view their Information (if they have chosen to share it). Agent Location: City State Online / Offline Status: Is the Agent Online or Offline, useful if you want to send a Private Message. NOT Funtional during Testing Quantity of Friends: How many Friends the Agent has confirmed. 19 Community Agent Directory A listing of ALL Active Agents Creating Friends with Fellow Agents To ADD a fellow Agent as a "Friend", click on the Add Friend Link Your fellow Agent, needs to Confirm your Friend request (before you are friends) Once your Friend "Confirms your Friendship", you can Send Private Messages to them Once your Friendship is "Confirmed", you will see the Remove Friend Link Confirming a Friend Request Navigate to the My Message Center Community Menu or Agent Desk Lundy Innovations Ken Lundy, Sr. v1.2 19

20 Community Agent Events Calendar A Calendar of Events, in the following Categories. - ClientEase Events, Dugan's Travels Events, FAM Trips, Supplier Event & Training Events A) Events Calendar Navigation - Today: Click the Today Link to return to today - View Date: Brings up a Calendar Pop-up to Populate the Date Field, you need to click the Go Button - Date & Go Button: Manually enter a specific date prior to clicking the Go Button - Categories: Use the Drop-Down to "Filter" the Calendar to a specific Category of Events - You can Navigate to the Next or Prior months by clicking on the Month names. B) Calendar Action Icons/Buttons - Weekly View: Click the [7] Icon to change the display to a Weekly View - Monthly View: Click the [31] Icon to change the display to a Monthly View (default) - Listing View: Click the [---] Icon to change the display to a Listing View - My Enrollments: Click the [Person] Icon to view your Event Enrollments - RSS Feed: Click the [RSS Feed] Icon to retrieve the URL to paste into your RSS Reader C) Events - Events are displayed as a Link on Calendar days. - To Open an Event and view the details, click the link (see the next page for more information) Lundy Innovations Ken Lundy, Sr. v1.2 20

21 Community Agent Events Calendar Event Details A) Event Title: - The Title is displayed on the Calendar B) Event Details: - Times, Importance, Category, Location, Description and Links C) Enrollment: - If the event organizer has allowed enrollment, use this link to Enroll - Please don't enroll if you are not sure you can attend. Notes: - Use the Return Link to close the Event Details. - Once enrolled and approved - The Link changes to "You are enrolled and approved for this event" text. - Currently only the Dugan's Admin Team can start an Event. 25 Community My Network & Information Used to view and update YOUR Activity, Information, Friends, Groups, Profile, Account & Settings Edit Profile To Edit/Update your Profile - Click on the Edit Profile Link at the top right corner of the page To save your Edits/Updates - Scroll down to the bottom of the page - Click the [Save] Button Notes: - The Red "*" next to the label, indicates the information is required. - See the My Account page (next page) to update your Login Information and Display Name. 29 Community My Message Center Used to view your Social Network Messages (Inbox, Notifications) and Create New Messages. Note: This is the same My Message Center that's on your Agent Desk. My Message Center To Retrieve your Messages (from your Friends) - Click on Inbox Link - Actions - Respond: Click on the Message Title and Respond - Delete the Message: Click the "x" in the right side of the message Retrieve Notifications - Click on Notifications Link - To Confirm a Friend Request, Click on [Confirm] Button Lundy Innovations Ken Lundy, Sr. v1.2 29
