If all information is not included, the consent authority will return this to you and the correct information must be supplied before a written notice permitting your activity can be provided. In order to be eligible for a deemed permitted boundary activity, the activity must meet the definition of boundary activity under section 87AAB(1) of the Act. To find out more about whether you meet this definition please review the information sheet on Boundary Activities found on Council s website. If all of the information required under section 87BA(1) of the Act is provided to the consent authority, the consent authority must notify you of your permitted boundary activity within 10 working days after the date on which it receives the information. Council s preferred method of payment is internet banking. Your application will not be processed until the required application fee is received 7.1 If lodging electronically with a building consent application: Please provide a complete electronic version of the application, in a separate folder or attachment to your Building Consent application. This may mean providing the same Plan twice. Please your applications to Building.Applications@waidc.govt.nz How to Pay: you can pay one fee for both your building consent and your PBA application with your building consent application. Please follow the instructions under your building consent application. 7.2 If lodging electronically without a building consent application: Please to applications@waidc.govt.nz, How to Pay: you can pay your fee by internet banking by using the Bill Payment option for your bank, select Waikato DC Resource Consents, quote the property address of the activity, your name/client(s) name and PBA as the reference. 7.3 If lodging a hard copy: Please lodge over the front counter at any service centre. You are required to separate all of the documents required with this application from any other applications you may be making at the time, this may mean you have to provide the same plan for two separate applications.
